It is an awesome product very easy to use friendly Yes yes this product is very friendly and usable very easy to understand trigger has 24 hour service if I have any problems seven days a week 365 days a year it's an outstanding product

I have a few questions. The first applicable product voltage is a single 110v, can I use 220v using a transformer? If the product is dual voltage ? I can't find it in the manual, so I'm asking.

I give it 2 stars only because it seems to cook well so far when it works. The Wifire connection worked once when I initially set it up, then proceeded to try to download updates for 24 hrs and hasn't worked since. L. I have spent over 16 his on the phone with support over the last week and have been waiting for two days now for my promised response after my case was finally "escalated." I feel like a sucker spending such a ridiculous amount on a grill that is so poorly designed. I was ver tentative but kept reading and watching these great reviews with only a smattering of negative ones, and I was so taken by Traeger's reputation that i just did it. It it weren't so hard to return a 250 lb grill I would do it tomorrow.

Nothing but problems since I purchased it! Had it for 2 months now and used it maybe 5 times! Very very frustrated and disappointed, I can not in good conscience recommend anyone buy this.

Simply the best grill that money can buy. Absolutely amazing and so easy to use.

I've had my new Timberline XL for a few months now and it's awesome. I held of on getting a smoker for a long time and finally took the plunge with this beast. Not for the faint of heart at this price point, but worth it when compared to other top of the line options. It cooks great. What can I say. With the app, anyone can look good. Easliy cooks meals for 40-50 people without shuffling things around. All the accessories are well made and integrate perfectly. My only criticism is the wifi sometime loses connectivity and I know it's not the signal. It also only runs on the 2.4GHz frequency, so I had to supplement with a cheap router almost exclusively for the grill since my home network (and many other's) is 5GHz and cannot run on 2.4 with a wifi mesh. All told, I am cosplaying Tim the Toolman with this thing, and loving every minute.

I bought this two weeks ago and did pork shoulder, flank steak ribs chicken and dogs for 25 kids. Was awesome. What a beast of a machine

I read a lot of good things and some bad about the new Timberline, I went ahead and purchased it to judge for myself. The Timberline came in a very cool package with not a bunch of packing material! It took about 1 1/2 hours or less to put it together (The weather was HOT HOT). All parts came with the BBQ, but for the price you would think they would include the cover and the other available accessories, like the front shelf, butcher paper holder and the tray (They are expensive). When I first fired it up, it failed in the seasoning process with an "igniter error", then within minutes it said the seasoning process was completed and ready to use. I followed a YouTube video from a Youtuber to make sure it was seasoned correctly just to be sure. I've had the BBQ for a few weeks now and absolutely love it! This is my first smoker, I've done a couple of briskets, steaks and poppers, they have all come out perfect. At this point of ownership I would rate it a 10 out of 10 Stars. I highly recommend the Traeger Timberline XL. Traeger, quit being so cheap and include the accessaries!

I have had so much trouble with my Timberline XL with flame out sensor replaced twice, then the motherboard and nothing worked kept getting the flame out sensor error. Then Traeger switch me out with a new Timberline XL grill only to get the same problem again. Now waiting on a flame sensor for this second new Timberline XL grill but nothing have been shipped out it's been going on two weeks and every time I call I have to wait countless hours just to get through. I am so frustrated with this new Timberline XL grill and wanting them to just give my money back.
