I've had this TV for 13 months. Now all of a sudden I cannot get the app channels for Disney+ Hulu Paramount, plus Peacock I'm so disappointed hearing that your TVs were the best. I went ahead and purchased it when I called for assistance. There was nothing they could do except send somebody out for maintenance and it would cost me 250 to 360 to have it looked at. I paid a lot of money for this TV. It shouldn't have broken within a year.

Red lines in the bottom right green lines on the bottom left. The ESPN app lags and cant watch a sporting event. Overall the picture isn't what it was supposed to be. Blurry at times. Had geek squad come and they said they can't fix the red and green lines and cant exchange. Awesome waste of money.

Just set up a new NeoQled and disappointed. It is a dark picture mainly by the corners and went to increase brightness BUT it was already MAXED OUT ON BRIGHTNESS straight out of the box. Not Good. My other Samsung (less costly) was superior.
TV is great, picture quality, brightness, weight, thinness, etc. are all amazing. Additionally the TV OS is actually not that bad and I find myself using it over the apple TV since the Samsung remote is good.
Love the picture, don't like the setup. Can't get it to work with my Samsung Blu Ray Surround sound system. Can't sign in to Paramount subscription. Very difficult to find and use apps.

Picture is awesome.. easy to use.. only issue I've had is a couple times there was no sound when i turned it on.. turned off waited like a minute and it would work again..i will try an update if it happens again.. but so far love it and for the price i paid it's been amazing!!
Sharp pictures with excellent color spectrum. The size is perfect for the living room! Smart TV is fast.
65 Inch and every time i turned to on "Cant find HDMI". After 3 trips from service dept still no fix they just refunded my purchased price.

Bought this 65" samsung tv awhile back. Not that impressed. Samsung live is so full of ads that repeat 4 times in a row just to have ad time. Perfect example is the ion channel. Anything you use to clean the screen leaves relentless streaks.

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
