Had the TV mounted outdoors for about 6 months over the spring and summer. Mounting location was custom made so TV is entirely recessed into a stone surround with an 8 inch bluestone overhang; TV cover is used when not in use. So, essentially protected from all but the harshest wind driven rain. Within 3-4 months, the screen started to bubble and peal in a circular pattern. The issue got worse so Samsung sent out a repair tech under warranty. The repair tech arrives and tells me that these TVs aren't really meant to get wet at all and that he will replace the screen but it will happen again unless its completely covered under a pergola or pavilion. I show him the Samsung marketing that quotes this TV as being IP55 rated and water resistant. He proceeds to tell me that Samsung marketing for this unit is misleading and that he gets multiple calls per month for people that have the same screen peeling issues even when the TV is fully covered (i.e. it can't handle the outdoor moisture let alone any direct weather). In order to get my screen repaired under my 2 year warranty, they made me sign a document stating that they will not repair my TV for any future damage that "could have potentially been caused by water", essentially rendering my 2 year warranty useless after only 6 months. I will never buy another Samsung product, outdoor or indoor, this company does not stand behind what they sell. Save your money, either buy a cheap indoor TV and use it outdoors for 1 or 2 seasons and trash it or buy a different outdoor TV

Pros: Great sound from this speaker on my terrace. Projects sound well, low distortion, clear vocals, good dynamic range. Cons: Wifi services like Spotify Connect are slow to connect and slow to respond to inputs like track changes. Bought two of these outdoor soundbars hoping to sync the sound between them for more immersive coverage of my terrace, but I cannot seem to create an audio/speaker group in the SmartThings app. Please, Samsung, provide a firmware update to allow this feature! (without bricking my device ;) )

I love the product. I love all Samsung products. The only con I have is that I always am having issues with the Bluetooth working for the sound to work. It works and then it doesn't. Constantly reconnecting it etc. Crazy because it's a wired connection. Also same issues when I switch to WiFi for soundbar too

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
