I got this soundbar as the TV speakers on my TV were miserable and rattled. I was hesitant because previously I bought another brands soundbar as it was very inexpensive in comparison, but the quality of sound was like the price very low. This one has a great sound and I have thoroughly enjoyed my purchase.
I have a 2023 model and it is absolute garbage. The user interface seems to have been developed by people who have never navigated any type of device before. Nothing is intuitive, multiple clicks are needed for even simple operations, searching is convoluted and clunky. For several months now, four streaming services have not been working. Samsung did an update and it messed up the streaming. There are multiple forums with many other customers experiencing the same issues. AVOID SAMSUNG! THEY SUCK!

But does it justify its high price point? Let's dive in. What's Great: Stunning OLED Picture Quality: The star of the show is undoubtedly the OLED panel. Expect inky blacks, exceptional contrast, and vibrant, accurate colors. The picture quality is a significant leap above standard outdoor LED TVs, delivering a cinematic experience even in daylight conditions. OLED's wide viewing angles are also a major plus, ensuring everyone in your outdoor seating area gets a great view. Weather Resistance (IP55 Rated): The Terrace OLED is built to withstand rain, snow, dust, and even humidity. The IP55 rating means it's protected from water jets projected from any direction and is dust-protected. You can confidently leave it outside year-round (depending on your climate; extreme temperatures should still be considered). High Brightness: While OLEDs are known for their blacks, brightness has traditionally been a concern for outdoor use. Samsung has addressed this with a display that's significantly brighter than their indoor OLED models, helping to combat glare and maintain visibility in sunny environments. While not as bright as some high-end outdoor LED TVs, the OLED's superior contrast helps perceived brightness.
Seamless connectivity to a wide array of devices. Sounds amazing in any environment or application. Have not had an event yet that this thing failed to please in. I host bon fires, parties, bbq's, etc.
We purchased this TV to enhance our watching golf on TV. It really helps us see the golf ball, both in the air and rolling on the greens. Our only issues are related to the remote control. It is tiny and symmetrical such that in the dark, changing volume may change the channel or even the streaming service. And, with a bluetooth speaker, we cannot control volume with an xfinity remote. We have to watch using two remotes: the Samsung remote for volume and adjusting the tv and the xfinity remote to change xfinity channels.

Love this tv I only buy samsung tv I have 5 n try to upgrade every 5 years
The sound on this product is nice, however, I don't know if it's actually better than my TV, and it also will occasionally refuse to pair when I turn it on, and then I have to make my TV forget the device and reconnect it.

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. The freight process is a bit more complicated than what we've all come to expect for small parcels, so it's important that you're prepared and understand what's required of you well before delivery day.

The delivery is made with a semi-truck with lift gate services, and the shipment is dropped off at the curb. Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
