This television is Awesome. Purchased this for an upgrade to my Samsung K8500 TV. And what an upgrade this is.If you are thinking of picking this up (if any stores still have any of these left) don't hesitate to purchase this.
Lasted 13 months, motherboard needed to be replaced, not worth fixing.
My TV was a Christmas present. I picked samsung. To my regret... I love the tv but am very unhappy with the way it interfaces with my Spectrum cable box. I continually have issues with the tv saying "no signal". I have done everything and worked with Samsung, Spectrum and Eero regarding this issue. Every time I think the issue is resolved I get the "no signal". Usually about every 3 days, sometimes more. Samsung's customer service reps. are great but I am disappointed in that when a rep. spoke with her Supervisor regarding helping me with possible repairs the Supervisor said "no" with no explanation. My tv is slightly out of warranty but I would expect more Samsung. See ticket number 4179809743. I love the tv aside from this issue but it's too much work trying to just simply watch tv. This is my second Samsung tv but most likely my last, sorry to say.

Bought this several months ago when on sale. It's literally the best picture I've ever had on a TV. Blacks are true black. Contrast ratio is amazing. I wish all TVs were this nice.

Excellent image (colors), sound. Only sometimes it is difficult to load the apps.
It will go off more often. You have to unplug it and plug it back in. I called and was told that the speaker needs to be periodically updated and that you will need to do that using the USB port. If I had known of this, I would not have bought it.
great TV. picture is vibrant and bright. good on energy as well HOWEVER since tizen update cannot access youtube TV or any movie through the samsung plus app very frustrating, and there hasnt been any updates in months. customer service is unable to fix and they cannot undo firmware updates.

Very nice TV and the picture is quite good but not quite as good as my (power hungry) PLASMA ! However it was a LOT cheaper than the Plasma that I purchased back in 2007 and with the savings on my electric bill it will probably pay for itself in a little over 2 years ! I truly don't use many of the features as it is more of a display device for my surround system amp. However when I lost my cable, I was able to watch some TV via the internet....that was nice :-)

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. Carriers that schedule delivery appointments require you to be home for delivery and provide your signature. The delivery is made with a semi-truck with lift gate services, and the shipment is dropped off at the curb. Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
