I purchased the soundbar for use with my Samsung Crystal UHD DU7200D '43' TV. The soundbar is not working, maybe due to connection issue. Per your technical support suggestion, I purchased the 4K HDMI ARC cable, connected per instructions, but the sound is still minimum. I have (2) Vizio soundbars and they work efficiently. I am currently not too happy with the results of this soundbar. I want to return this product; it requires too much work! Thank you!

I love the size I got, and the fact that it is an upgrade from my previous tv. However, my previous tv was much better. This tv only has two HDMI ports. And the old one had 4. They are only 5 years apart, and both Samsungs. My other one was 65" I think the same type. And this one is 82" which you can't get?! Idk. Having to manually change HDMIs for my different consoles is a pain. The second thing I dislike is the remote control. It has like 50 different buttons. And my older one had like 9 buttons. Which I loved, since I didn't have to look at my controller to make sure I don't press the wrong thing. And even after having it a year, more or less, I still have to look at it, since learning the placements is not that easy as they are all basically the same size and so close to each other it is hard to identify them with out looking.

I bought the Samsung S Series 3.0ch All-in-One Soundbar (2022) after my brother recommended it—he's had his for a while and couldn't stop raving about the sound quality. I recently paired it with my samsung frame TV, and I have to say, the combo is amazing. The soundbar is sleek and fits perfectly under The Frame without distracting from its minimalist, art-gallery vibe. The Setup was super easy in just a few minutes and it was connected via HDMI ARC. The Dolby 5.1 and DTS Virtual:X features really elevate the audio, making movies and music feel so much more immersive. Even everyday TV watching feels upgraded with clear dialogue and a decent amount of bass, all without a separate subwoofer. I was honestly surprised at how powerful it sounds for its size. It fills the room well, and the virtual surround sound makes a noticeable difference, especially when watching action scenes or gaming. It complements the rich visuals of the frame beautifully. Inuse .ine for all audio and streaming to casting I've had no issues connecting my TV phones or game system Bluetooth connects effectively i belive the Bluetooth option sounds the best and it's uogadeable to add woofer and smaller ones inhave no complaints with my soundbar can't wait to get the rest

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
