I enjoy my TV. It works just as it was described. The sound is fantastic with my Samsung sound bar and enjoy the symphony compatibility. I have had it for about 2 years with no issue I have 2 Samsung tvs and will be getting another Samsung in the near future for another room. I have the OLED and the Neo and enjoy both.

Excellent color 95% close to natural colors not too vivid very very happy with my S90C 4K HDR video is out of this world!! Great audio!! I am not sure why it does not have in built Chromecast although it has inbuilt AirPlay! Thank you Samsung you make Excellent products!👍

I own several tvs from Oled to bro and a variety of monitors 4K and 1440p. This TV is truly one of the best in comparison to any I've seen.

I purchased this tv along with a Samsung soundbar with woofer and rear speakers. I honestly love the picture and sound I get from this system. Several neighbors have watched and are impressed to the point of wanting one for their household. I would highly recommend Samsung electronics to anyone looking for a fair deal and great quality.

I use my S90C for gaming and movies. Colors look so good on QD-OLED, especially colors that aren't very realistic on WOLED screens, like gold. I wish DolbyVision was on this TV, but it's not the end of the world when HDR10+ looks pretty much as good. I can't go back to the washed out look of WOLED.

We finally replaced our Samsung plasma tv with a Samsung OLED. The picture is good however we have to go through a ridiculous process each time we turn it on. It will not allow us to setup our Sony soundbar system. It cannot be turned on with the small Samsung tv remote so each time it's powered on we have to use three remotes, tv, Dish, Sony soundbar. The remote does not wake up our dish receiver so we have to use the dish remote for that. The soundbar then has to be powered on with the Sony remote but a few seconds later the Samsung tv mutes it so we then have to unmute it with the Sony remote to have sound. We don't have an inexpensive sound bar system, it was actually around the same cost as the tv, we don't want to have to replace it with a Samsung model just so it will recognize it and set up properly. We have attempted the setup multiple times but the tv does not recognize the device. Samsung should do better!

I bought bought the OLED 65 inch TV to replace a Samsung LCD TV which is still working perfectly. But I wanted a TV that connected to my WiFi network and not have to use a fire stick, which was cumbersome to use. The new TV connected to my WiFi easily. The picture is great. Clear and vivid colors. But when I had a chance to watch a program in 4K I was blown away. It was an even better picture that you could see facial beard. Very impressed overall with my new TV .

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. The freight process is a bit more complicated than what we've all come to expect for small parcels, so it's important that you're prepared and understand what's required of you well before delivery day.

The delivery is made with a semi-truck with lift gate services, and the shipment is dropped off at the curb. Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
