The image quality of this tv is among the best I've seen. Colors, brightness, and refresh rate are excellent. However, the UI is exceptionally poor. Extremly laggy all the time, difficult to navigate, and full of junk I don't care about. When the tv is just playing media, it's 5 stars, and since that's most of the time, will only deduct 1 star for the UI quality.

It's so practical when it becomes to anything that you want to use it for it don't really matters for what you use it and it will sound amazingon anh room around d your house its like having a movie theater sound system but in the commodity of your house

Warning.. I purchased it and after minimal use it would not turn on anymore. Tech came out and opened it and found water/moisture inside. It has be attached to a Samsung Terrace TV with Samsung bracket and Samsung cover since day 1. After minimal rain (never submerged, always covered) it now has water inside which clearly should not happen with IP55 rating. Tech came out and called Samsung (and showed video) next to me and was told by Samsung they will replace power board once and then it will not be covered again. Tech agreed cause of the issue is the seal, but can only do what Samsung tells him. So I am left with an outdoor soundbar that needs more repairs (tech didn't have parts) and I can only use indoors if it gets fixed). I called Samsung and they said they can only do what the tech says. Which is the opposite of what I witnessed with the tech calling Samsung in front of me to get approval for repair and being told to change the power board. So they are pointing fingers at each other. Learn from my frustrating experience.

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. The freight process is a bit more complicated than what we've all come to expect for small parcels, so it's important that you're prepared and understand what's required of you well before delivery day.

The delivery is made with a semi-truck with lift gate services, and the shipment is dropped off at the curb. Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
