The sound that came out of this setup made me feel the music in my chest abs feel like I was up on stage. You could hear sound behind you on this scary movies that made me keep turning around to check. Not only the sound or looks great and doesn't take up much from at all. I'm going to get one for my bedroom now. God Bless

Bought to use with my new S90D OLED 4k TV. Worked fine for a few days, then died and would not connect. Returned retailer who wouldn't exchange. Waited 3 weeks for repair. Has now worked for a month and does a good job.

So we use ours primarily for gaming and movie night, we live in townhomes and the bass can be penitrating, even with it as low as it can be, that's just my living situation causing that but it effects the quality turning it down a lot, so I just wanted to mention that if you have close neighbors. When we choose our optimum audio settings, the sound it's pretty exceptional... Extremely clear, the surround feels really real, almost startling if you're watching something with amazing audio anyways, we watched the Netflix remake of "all quiet on the western front" and the sound of the score mixed with this system was beyond haunting, jarring and felt like full immersion. I will say, while I love my product and believe it's is one of the top products you will find at this price point, it is a close second to the Sonos setup a couple of my friends have gone with instead and just being honest there is this quality to Sonos products imo that mimics and creates a realistic sound that other products somehow lack.. there is a baseline sound or silence in the real world that all other sounds sit on top of.. And nearly all systems fail to produce this sound as consistently or well as their products, but honestly samsung is such a large company with proven good customer service for me that I just felt more comfortable that my product would be more likely to serve me and my family longer and with less headaches than other options available.

The Terrace has a great picture for outdoors in partial sun and full sun whether watching sports or a movie. Unfortunately, while built solid and is quite heavy, it does not stand up to being outdoors as advertised even when using the Terrace cover while not in use and under shelter (never exposed to elements). Worked for two years and now we have thick horizontal black lines obstructing the view.

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. The freight process is a bit more complicated than what we've all come to expect for small parcels, so it's important that you're prepared and understand what's required of you well before delivery day.

Carriers that schedule delivery appointments require you to be home for delivery and provide your signature. The delivery is made with a semi-truck with lift gate services, and the shipment is dropped off at the curb. If you authorize the shipping company to leave the delivery without a signature, BBQGuys can't be held responsible for damages that occur during delivery. For carriers that deliver without an appointment:
Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
