I was very impressed to see true black colors for the first time. The TV was super easy to set up. Great Interface for streaming movies and amazing gaming section. Don't have to be worried about burn in because the Screen saver pops up faithfully to save that headache. I'll defiantly continuing to be a customer with Samsung.
I live,laugh,love thus sound bar!!! It's sound is absolutely amazing and I live how it has that spacious audio thing so I can here it everywhere even if I'm in a different room!!!
Everything is great as long as it works. Unfortunately, the sound keeps cutting out and requires a reset. This happens too often and is extremely frustrating. I use a certified HDMI cable and have changed it multiple times to rule out any issues. The device is connected via the eARC HDMI port, and I have also verified that it is using the latest firmware. Very poor quality.
I use my TV for movies and sports and overall viewing. I will occasionally use it fir gaming. I like that it comes with preloaded channels, because I am a cord cutter. I love the picture quality, I never had to adjust the color settings.

Overall I love this TV! Great picture and features. My only complaint is overtime my pinned apps changed and I have to view "All" apps to see certain ones I use everyday, while I can't edit what is pinned weather I use it or not.
I use my Samsung TV to watch news, sports, and documentaries. Very sharp pictures and sound that's not harsh.

I use it for casual gaming and watching some tv. Other than that, nothing much.
Great picture. Vivid colors. Disappointed with the sound. It varies from channel to channel. Other than that, we love it.

Bartbell, Thank you for sharing your experience with volume fluctuations. Please try the following which may help resolve this: 1. Turn off the Sound Sensor switch by using the button at the bottom of the TV, beneath the Samsung logo. With the TV on, you can push the button to the left to turn the sound sensor on or to the right to turn it off. 2. Try disabling some of the TV's intelligent functions, as these will automatically analyze and adjust your sound which may cause your volume to fluctuate. Go to Settings > All Settings > General & Privacy > Intelligent Mode Settings and select Intelligent Mode to turn off all the functions or select each option to turn it off. 3. Please also make sure your TV’s firmware is updated. You can check this by going to: Menu > Settings > Support > Software Update. I hope these tips help. When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
