We mostly use it for visual presentations. The picture quality is amazing. So crisp & clear! Even the screensaver slideshow looks realistic.

I purchased my Samsung 65" OLED S90C in April of 2024. Six months later, discolored diagonal lines appeared on my screen. I have spent two weeks trying to get a repair or exchange, and customer service has been abysmal. tl;dr Customer service will do anything and everything possible not to repair/replace/refund their faulty product. First, Samsung sent a technician out for an inspection and then closed the case, saying the technician reported no problem and that it had been repaired. I spoke to the technician afterwards, and he said he reported seeing the diagonal lines and could not resolve the issue. I called Samsung back and was put on hold repeatedly and for extended periods of time, resulting in an hour-long call. The representative required I answer all of the same questions I had already provided, including photos of the issue on the television. They then told me that I was seeing a reflection in my window, not on the screen (even though I provided multiple photos of the issue on the screen from different angles). I asked to speak to a supervisor (yes, I Karen'd out) and the supervisor told me it was a physical issue and the warranty only covered software issues. I looked up the warranty and it stated 12 months parts and labor was covered, so the supervisor flat out lied about the warranty. So, I called back. I spoke to another representative who reviewed the case files, said they was surprised at the responses so far, agreed the television needed a replacement or refund and explained I would receive a call in 24 hours from that department to confirm. (He also confirmed this in an email and sent me a case file.) Of course, no one called within 24 hours. I have now called back again and am currently on hold (it's been a 35-minute hold so far after the representative asked if I could hold for 2 minutes -- he has not returned to the call.) Buy a Samsung television at your own risk. Samsung's customer support has shown they will do anything and everything possible to not provide a repair/replacement/refund if there an issue within the warranty, including placing you on frustratingly difficult hold times and fabricating reasons they can't resolve the problem.

I use my audio device for outdoor parties and for cinema night with friends and family. Everyone loves coming to my place for movie night bc even my grandparents and the older people can hear every word of the movies without having to burst everyone else's ear drums at the same time thanks to the super clear audio from my speaker. Even my neighbors say sometime the like to watch from their place and can still hear clearly and o don't even turn it up much at all. We all love it. Thanks samsung!

Great 65 inch OLED TV. The picture is crisp and displays movies nearly better then the theater. Games come to life as well! This unit comes with a rechargeable remote so no need to purchase batteries!
I don't know how this TV is rated so favorably. Color is so over saturated by default, then incredibly dull when you turn off Contrast Enhancer; this TV is incapable of reaching neurtral/normal tones no matter the settings. Absolutely horrible with sports; it doesn't matter what the Picture Clarity settings are. And the internal antenna is a joke; buffer happens often while no other device connected to the same wifi glitches for even a second.

Go to Home > left direction button > Settings > All Settings > Picture > Picture Mode ...and select the mode that best fits your usage: 1. Standard: Is the default mode suitable for general viewing environments 2. Dynamic: Makes the picture brighter and clearer in bright viewing environments 3. Eco: Provided to save energy 4. Movie: Suitable for watching TV or movies in a dark room 5. Filmmaker Mode: Provides source content just as the creators intended. If the image is defined as Filmmaker Mode, it’ll automatically switch to Filmmaker Mode while watching. You can also fine-tune your picture with expert settings such as brightness, contrast, sharpness and more (All Settings > Picture > Expert Settings). I have a 75 inch TV. It's so fun to watch programs on its like the action is rite in your living room. The picture is clear and the colors are bright and stand out while you watch. It had alot of features that I am still finding. You can use your voice to change channels and volume, the TV starts up really fast, it has all your apps in one area which makes it easy to find. What else can I say ! I live my 75 inch Samsung TV!!

ThebTV is 14 months old and the processor is going out. It will NOT LOAFD YouTube TV. Pass on this model. The last 6 smart TVs I've purchased have been Samsung. 3 of the 6 have had processor issues, this one at 14 months and 2 within a year. I will be going back to Sony smart TVs

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. The freight process is a bit more complicated than what we've all come to expect for small parcels, so it's important that you're prepared and understand what's required of you well before delivery day.

- Some carriers will call to schedule a delivery window, while others will deliver the shipment to a reasonably accessible location closest to your residence (their goal is to deliver as near a garage door as they can).

Carriers that schedule delivery appointments require you to be home for delivery and provide your signature. The delivery is made with a semi-truck with lift gate services, and the shipment is dropped off at the curb. If you authorize the shipping company to leave the delivery without a signature, BBQGuys can't be held responsible for damages that occur during delivery. Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
