I bought this TV last year and it has been one of the worst purchases I have made. The sound is subpar. Sitting in front of the TV the sound is muted and I need to increase the volume to hear sound clearly. However, upstairs in my house the sound is LOUD and clear. I ended up buying a sound bar to resolve the problem. The interface is is croweded, difficult to navigate, and will not stream Hulu content (Seems there is a DRM issue with the app on Samsung Smart TV.) The only good thing is the Samsung TV Plus, but something similar is available on other brand name smart TVs.

Itz great sound but I wish the there was no base. Any extra speakers on the side would be batter. I don't get how this is 5.1 in this small of size.

Used it mostly for TV/movies. It serves it's purpose but on a higher level! Sound is superb, feels like i am on a cinema. It was used on a not so contained environment, but still the sound is great!

The only reason I gave one star is because i wasn't allowed to score a 0! I bought this TV last December and it has been repaired twice and the TV is still having the same issue. The company is not responding properly and keep making excuses to consume the time of my warranty. This is unacceptable, that a new TV starts having issues a few month after being purchased. What worst is that I have to pay for the incompetence of people who are not doing their jobs well. DO NOT buy this product or any Samsung product cause if you have issues you will not get them resolved.

so far I love the tv. setup was a breeze. the picture looks great! my games and movies look totally different. I didn't realize the color schemes would change so drastically. the blacks are phenomenal for ga.ing and horror movies. there is more glare when the sun is right on. the smart hub and game mods are also a welcomed addition to my old samsung model from 2012.

The exceptional picture quality facilitates the identification of artificial sequences in numerous high-quality films. The overall performance of this television is highly impressive, warranting consideration for the acquisition of an additional unit. All in all it is one of the best tvs I have seen! Samsung really knows how to make something extremely Awesome! Definitely recommend!

Worst glare from any TV I've owned, and it claims to be anti-glare. That's the whole reason I bought it was for a good image in a bright room but we can't watch anything without just laughing at the mirror image. This is the worst mirror reflection TV I've ever had. False advertising!!!

I had this soundbar for a week before I upgraded to a q series for the symphony ability. It was a good budget soundbar. Just wanted to take full advantage of my tvs capabilities.

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
