I upgraded to this TV to watch Star Wars on Disney+. It was great until the Disney+ app and 3 other apps (Hulu, Peacock & Paramount+) just stopped working. The apps will load, the thumbnails will show, the trailers and adds all work. When its time for the actual program to start streaming, nothing happens. I've gont through all of the troubleshooting steps 6 times. Do you understand the irritation and inconvenience required to remove 4 apps, reinstall those apps, log in, get the same issue, uninstall those apps, reset the TV to factory settings, reconfigure the TV settings, reinstall those same 4 apps only to have the same issue....SIX times!!!

This is my third tv with Samsung and it doesn't disappoint. The quality is superb and easy pairing with Samsung sound bar. I definitely have Samsung brand loyalty with electronics. From cell phone to 85 inch tv, I am very happy with the quality, price and functionality. Samsung just makes sense. I recommend.
Samsung S Series was very easy to install and has great sound. All settings are very easy to understand and also easy to update.

The Samsung S90C is a game-changer. Its picture quality is absolutely stunning—watching movies feels like having a private home cinema that easily rivals, and sometimes surpasses, the theater experience. The colors are vibrant and rich, making even other versions of OLED TVs pale in comparison. While it could be brighter, the screen still looks impressive, even with sunlight glaring directly on it. The built-in speakers are surprisingly solid, but I prefer pairing it with a sound system to elevate the experience. Gaming on this TV is next-level; the Game Mode with my PS5 is seamless and immersive. As for the game streaming options, I don't use them much since they require a subscription, but it's still a nice feature to have. All in all, I love this TV—it's everything I hoped for and more

I bought this TV about a year ago. I absolutely love it. The colors are bright, the picture is very sharp from any source I have tried. Paired with a Samsung Soundbar, the sound and audio functions are really great. This is my third Samsung Smart TV and there is no comparison to the previous one I have had.

I bought this Soundbar a year ago and it works just as good as the day I bought it. I thought the sound quality on my TV was fine until I started using the Soundbar. The Soundbar makes all shows I'm watching much more enjoyable and entertaining.
This television is Awesome. Purchased this for an upgrade to my Samsung K8500 TV. And what an upgrade this is.If you are thinking of picking this up (if any stores still have any of these left) don't hesitate to purchase this.
Lasted 13 months, motherboard needed to be replaced, not worth fixing.
My TV was a Christmas present. I picked samsung. To my regret... I love the tv but am very unhappy with the way it interfaces with my Spectrum cable box. I continually have issues with the tv saying "no signal". I have done everything and worked with Samsung, Spectrum and Eero regarding this issue. Every time I think the issue is resolved I get the "no signal". Usually about every 3 days, sometimes more. Samsung's customer service reps. are great but I am disappointed in that when a rep. spoke with her Supervisor regarding helping me with possible repairs the Supervisor said "no" with no explanation. My tv is slightly out of warranty but I would expect more Samsung. See ticket number 4179809743. I love the tv aside from this issue but it's too much work trying to just simply watch tv. This is my second Samsung tv but most likely my last, sorry to say.

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
