I love the picture quality of this television. HD movies/shows look great and playing games on it is amazing. My only complaint is this tv has the absolute worst operating of any tv I have ever owned. I had had about 8 Samsung tv and this one by far has the worst user interface I have seen in a Samsun product or any other brand tv I've ever owned. When you start the tv up you have so many steps just to get to what you want to watch. The screen is way too busy with so many different choices presented. When I turn on a tv just want to see what I was watching the last time I was there and not have to get through menu after menu to get where I want to be. I really, really wish you guys would update the OS with something much better then what it has now. I paid a lot of money for this tv and I'm disappointed with the OS and how to operate it. Please make an update with something better.

I have had this tv less than a year and have already had to factory reset it twice and the hdmi ports are going out on it I am a frequent buyer of Samsung products but their quality has gone way down over the past few years

Out of the box the OLED S90C is fantastic. The built in speakers are phenomenal has more bass without having to touch the EQ settings. Nearly paper thin and has a box you can stow away or mount onto the tv itself to plug all devices into. The picture quality is great. A crispness I've not encountered on many other models. These are all without touching the settings to customize for a personalized experience. I paired it with a sound bar and a sub. Wow. My home theater beats out most chains. Anyways, beyond the superficial features of the TV. The user interface is well adapted to this modern day. I have widgets of all my favorite streaming services not including the ones provided from Samsung. My wife enjoys being able to play games with me by just plugging in a controller to the S90C and starting up one of the preinstalled cloud gaming services. This TV started my obsession with Samsung because it was such a good quality. Even swapped to a Samsung Galaxy! I've also bought a few smart home capable devices and using Samsungs services I can link them together via one singular app. Very simple to do as well. Another little quirk I love is the remote is solar powered. If you have windows in your home like I do that indirect/direct light will keep the remote charged wherever it may be hiding. Plus when you can't find the remote you can use your phone as the remote! Super cool stuff!

Really love my Samsung S90C. I have had it for about a year now and it is one of the best purchases I've ever made. The colors on this tv are unreal. The way the tv works is when there is black the pixels are super deep and everything pops. I game in the tv and the refresh rate cannot be beat. The thinness on this tv is a huge selling point too. I have this mounted and it's amazing how it fits so tight against the wall. Overall the best tv purchase I have ever made and I want another one.

Awesome picture. Went from an 86" LG to this one. Comparison wasn't even close. About two years of ownership with no issues. Great picture.

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. The freight process is a bit more complicated than what we've all come to expect for small parcels, so it's important that you're prepared and understand what's required of you well before delivery day.

- Some carriers will call to schedule a delivery window, while others will deliver the shipment to a reasonably accessible location closest to your residence (their goal is to deliver as near a garage door as they can).

Carriers that schedule delivery appointments require you to be home for delivery and provide your signature. The delivery is made with a semi-truck with lift gate services, and the shipment is dropped off at the curb. If you authorize the shipping company to leave the delivery without a signature, BBQGuys can't be held responsible for damages that occur during delivery. For carriers that deliver without an appointment:
Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
