I am thoroughly impressed with my new Ninja woodfire XL grill. I recently prepared a red snapper and a steak, and the results were exceptional. The grill imparted a remarkable smoky flavor to the food, surpassing even my Traeger smoker. I eagerly anticipate experimenting with various dishes on this exceptional grill.

I have been looking at buying one of these since they came out with the smoker option. Wow, am I glad I did. I went bold for my first smoke with a 12 lb Packer brisket. I did this because I wanted to see if it would create the crust like my offset barrel smoker. I was not disappointed. I cooked it the way I normally do on the barrel smoker, wrapped it in butcher paper at 170 and let it finish cooking until 205. After letting it rest in a cooler for 2 hours *****. My wife said it was the best brisket I have smoked yet. Cooked for 8 hours versus 18 hours on the barrel. Just a tidbit of info, the smoker box will only smoke for about 45 minutes, which is fine for chicken or something that doesn't cook that long. For this brisket, I refilled the pellet hopper, reignited them with the machines igniter feature to continue to smoke the brisket. I did this process an additional time and just perfect and moist. You will not waste your money, I didn't. I can't wait to smoke another one.

We have done multiple cooks since receiving our OG951. All the the cooks have exceeded our expectations. We bought this to replace our heavy ceramic charcoal grill for camping. It has been everything advertised. Pizza, jerky, "fried" chicken, wings, fish, shrimp, and more! All have been great.

I didnt know I needed wifi for it, also a 15 amp outlet. No where did I read these requirements. Not even listed on the box. I have gone back to a gas grill less complicated.

Loving this grill and smoker! The smoked flavor is delicious. We smoked pork butts to make pulled pork and it turned out great! It's super easy to use and I love that it comes with an app too! This is going to be a staple in my house now and I can't wait to try smoking other things.

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. The freight process is a bit more complicated than what we've all come to expect for small parcels, so it's important that you're prepared and understand what's required of you well before delivery day.

- Some carriers will call to schedule a delivery window, while others will deliver the shipment to a reasonably accessible location closest to your residence (their goal is to deliver as near a garage door as they can).

For carriers that schedule delivery appointments:
Carriers that schedule delivery appointments require you to be home for delivery and provide your signature. The delivery is made with a semi-truck with lift gate services, and the shipment is dropped off at the curb. If you authorize the shipping company to leave the delivery without a signature, BBQGuys can't be held responsible for damages that occur during delivery. As complicated as this process may seem, we've only scratched the surface here — please review our detailed guide to freight delivery so there are no surprises when a freight shipment heads your way.
For carriers that deliver without an appointment:
Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
