Seriously, I was a "grill hopper". Did I want a smoker or pellet grill? Yes! Did I want a charcoal grill? Yes! Did I want the ease of a gas grill? Yes! Did I want an electric grill? Yes! And, I spent (wasted) money trying to find the perfect grill. THIS IS IT!! This grill is everything I've been wanting in one amazing grill! The versatility, ease of use and amazing tasting food can not be beat by any of the other individual or combo products on the market today. I'm no expert bbq'er or griller but seriously you don't need to be because this grill makes it taste like you are! I've done burgers, corn on the cob, BBQ chicken and a prime rib so far and it's the best food I've ever made because of the controlled cooking, grilling, smoking, baking that it does (plus more). I used it twice before hooking up the app/bluetooth, what can I say, I was intimidated! What a tool, omg it was so easy and I LOVE setting it and monitoring from my phone! Anyway, best value out there for the price, excellent quality materials, easy to use and will make anyone cook like a pro!

I can't say enough about Ninja's grill, warrantee and stellar customer support. At the suggestion of a family member, I purchased a Ninja Woodfire Pro Connect™ Premium XL Outdoor Grill & Smoker | OG951. After a couple months, the fan developed a metal-on-metal "chattering" noise. I called Ninja customer support. The VRU menu was very short, only two quick questions. An English speaking person immediately came online with me. We did a very quick video chat to confirm the issue. He said to me "..., is it okay if we ship you a new, free replacement grill." "Yes, Sir", I replied. It's on the way. Ninja's warrantee and stellar customer service just made me a loyal customer. I love this grill! It does everything. My favorite is to Air Fry chicken wings. The Pro Connect WiFi app is wonderful. This XL grill has room to grill 4 full-size Ribeye steaks. I also purchased a flat griddle and a kart, shown in my picture. Great job Ninja!

Starts off great but smoke function deteriorates over time. When i first started using it, it produced excellent results. But over time the lid to the smoke tray ceased to close by itself and the pellets hardly burnt (even holding the lid down during cooking.) Don't know whats going on. It is also very hard to clean inside the hood.

I am a retired army veteran and full time RVer, I love the wood fire grill it does everything! I am writing this review because today another showed up btw we live in an army campground! The reason, I am writing this review is too my surprise he and his wife have the same ninja product! We spoke and we all were raving about the grill. To another veteran! Now they want to order one! Thank you ninja for your products and taking care of veterans and their families!!!!

We live and travel full time in a motorhome. I very much prefer to cook outside and with this unit, I can do it all from baking cookies and cakes, sourdough to smoking a nice pork shoulder. No smells in the motorhome and everything has come out perfectly. Ia always showing neighbors at rv parks the unit because I feel like it is a must have in the rv community. At one point, after I went over how great it was, 2 neighbors left and came back with one each. The set up is so easy, just take out, plug in and done, ready to go! The grill grate cleans up easily. The air fryer basket cantankerous a bit longer to clean but 100% worth it and you need the holes for air to circulate through. I love every ninja product I own!

Wow! Love this cooker. My first cook was chicken, I put the pellets in the little drawer and it preheated and started smoking, good so far. Next I let the app make the settings, it said 17 minutes, fast since I had thick thighs. 17 minutes later I couldn't believe I had yummy smoke flavored chicken thighs. This is going to be to be so good for the RV and camping.

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. The freight process is a bit more complicated than what we've all come to expect for small parcels, so it's important that you're prepared and understand what's required of you well before delivery day.

Carriers that schedule delivery appointments require you to be home for delivery and provide your signature. The delivery is made with a semi-truck with lift gate services, and the shipment is dropped off at the curb. If you authorize the shipping company to leave the delivery without a signature, BBQGuys can't be held responsible for damages that occur during delivery. As complicated as this process may seem, we've only scratched the surface here — please review our detailed guide to freight delivery so there are no surprises when a freight shipment heads your way.
For carriers that deliver without an appointment:
Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
