I ordered this for my wife and we LOVE IT! The Ninja Woodfire Pro Connect is worth every penny and I will be honest… I thought it was too expensive but not after having pork chops, pulled pork, brisket, BBQ chicken all in a week. INCREDIBLE FLAVOR EVERY TIME! I am sold on it! Only regret is I didn't order it sooner.

I absolutely loved this product for our small apartment complex. I took it outside on the balcony and had the most perfect thanksgiving meal ever! The internal thermometer ensured the turkey was moist and perfectly smoked. Can't say enough good things! Looking forward to using it again!

I received this product in return for my honest review. The Ninja wood fire pro connect is a wonderful product. You can use it as a smoker, air fryer, or outdoor grill. The product has an app that you can download. The signal range is long distance and works very efficiently. If you want to cook or smoke a product you can set it and forget it. Temperature and selection process can be accessed and controlled from the app downloaded from your phone. If you are a beginner or a professional this product is easy to use and operate. I highly recommend this product!

What an amazing appliance! I haven't had a smoker in years and was thrilled to receive this. I can't say enough wonderful things! Superb grill! If you are on the fence, just buy it. I love the pro connect feature, you can mess up!

This my first wood fired geill and I got the XL Pro Connect! Set it up, turned on the power, let it preheat and I used the grill feature then I added my steaks! They came out fantabulous!!! Wish I would have gotten one sooner!

Wow this is the perfect appliance for an apartment! So many functions and versatile for any occasion. So far I have used the air fryer, grill, and smoker functions. I air fried some frozen wings and they turned out more crispier than my air fryer and oven. I grilled some Brussel sprouts its less than 15 minutes. I also sheared a steak and smoked it. The steak turned out so amazing and juicy with the right amount of smoke flavor. The internal temperature probe helps cook anything to perfection and with the app you can adjust the settings to whatever your dish needs. The size is perfect and fits more than my indoor air fryer. It preheats in less than 5 minutes. I can walk inside as I am cooking on cold days and use the app to check on my food. The app could use some work and videos with instructions/demos but there are tons of youtube videos that are helpful made by reviewers. I am so impressed with the ninja woodfire xl pro connect. Overall this definitely does not replace an outdoor grill but during the busy work week this makes delicious quick meals.

Bought this for my wife as she really wanted a smoker. She absolutely loves this smoker as it does so much more than a typical smoker and the app w/ notifications Rocks! Highly recommended this smoker over others.

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. The freight process is a bit more complicated than what we've all come to expect for small parcels, so it's important that you're prepared and understand what's required of you well before delivery day.

- Some carriers will call to schedule a delivery window, while others will deliver the shipment to a reasonably accessible location closest to your residence (their goal is to deliver as near a garage door as they can).

Carriers that schedule delivery appointments require you to be home for delivery and provide your signature. The delivery is made with a semi-truck with lift gate services, and the shipment is dropped off at the curb. If you authorize the shipping company to leave the delivery without a signature, BBQGuys can't be held responsible for damages that occur during delivery. As complicated as this process may seem, we've only scratched the surface here — please review our detailed guide to freight delivery so there are no surprises when a freight shipment heads your way.
For carriers that deliver without an appointment:
Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
