Ooni Volt 12 Electric Pizza Oven - UU-P12700

I really like the oven. I just got it today. I was a little disappointed because it has a dent on the right side of the panel. I don't think it was caused by delivery. It was packed really well. Probably during construction. I hope it hasn't impacted the inner workings of the oven. I need to get a table for it before I try it out.

I've been wanting to get this pizza oven since the day it came out, but the price tag was a little bit too high for me so when I saw it on offer I jumped at the chance to buy it and I absolutely love it One of the best purchase is that I ever made now the next one will be the 24 inch oven. I purchased the Ooni Koda 2 Pro — 2nd Generation from a certified seller, who confirmed it could be used on my 3rd-floor balcony. At no point did they mention the required 3 feet clearance. Based on their assurance, I invested over $1,000 in the oven and all accessories. The very first time we used it, the HOA prohibited it due to the clearance requirement — something we were never informed about before purchase. This meant we could only use the oven for one day. When I asked to exchange for an electric model or return it (even though it was just one day), both the seller and Ooni refused. To make matters worse, there is no real support between Ooni and its certified partners. The retailer sent me to Ooni, and Ooni sent me back to the retailer. Ultimately, Ooni's own customer service suggested I sell the oven on Facebook Marketplace — not exactly what I expect after spending $1,000 on a "premium" product. This was my first interaction with the Ooni brand, and as someone who is a professional in the industry and could have been a loyal long-term customer, the lack of client care, professionalism, and responsibility left a terrible first impression. Sadly, I cannot recommend Ooni based on my experience.

It is worth the money. It is worth all the friends and family time we spend cooking together. Friday night has become pizza night because we can both have our ooni inside or outside. Love it! Do yourself a favor and get one too! Just be intentional on using it to bless others.

There is just no way to make a good Neapolitan pizza in a home oven. First try with my new Ooni Volt 12 and the pizza was fantastic and fast. I also used their calculator so I could tweak to the number of pizzas I wanted for the day. This particular oven is on the heavier and larger size, probably because of its electronics, so make sure you have the space and/or are comfortable carrying it when needed. In short, I'm really happy with this purchase. It is worth the money to me.

I have an Ooni Koda 16 I hated that it is so weather dependant. So I decided to give the Onni Volt 12 a chance I've made neopolitan and Detroit pizzas so far. I love the temperature control and the ability to make great quality pizza indoors!
