I love this oven. Does exactly what Ooni says it will do. Cooks a perfect pizza and you can cook that perfect pizza indoors. Can I say it one more time, I Ooni Volt pizza oven.

great temperature control, but it is not easy to operate within small opening in the way to not drop anything on the hot stone - which gets burned immediately with smoke. Wile it is positioned to be indoor, it is actually almost impossible to use like that at the neapolitan pizza temperatures due to smoke that is almost impossible to avoid. Also it is on the bulkier side, comparing to competition. Other than that it is a great product.

I switched from the 12" propane powered oven and I was surprised how much easier it was to get it right - You don't need to keep turning the pizza all the time. Also because of the heating element at the bottom, the crust turns out fantastic. Highly recommended

Good for quick pizza making as it usually only takes 10-15 minutes total to make and cook the pizza

My first pizza was a mess, it stuck to all parts of the oven. It took me 2 hrs to clean it. I Again only made one pizza. I haven't made any anymore because I don't wanna spend another two hours cleaning it so I haven't used it anymore.. Huge waste of a lot of money.. Rather than using the pizza stone, can I use a stainless steel pizza plate?

This our first pizza oven ever, but I must say it is the BEST! Our entire family has been enjoying all of the pizzas that have come out of this oven. We love it so much that we would really like to get a second one down the line to have 2 at home!

Since it's release I have been wanting the Ooni Volt but on the fence to spend for the luxury. I am an existing Karu owner and love the whole experience of cooking pizza outside with wood logs or propane nearly every weekend. However, the Volt is a game changer. I'm now able to make pizza much easier on weekdays or even weekends when the weather doesn't cooperate. In addition, I can use the volt and leave it sit to cool down even overnight if necessary opposed to my Karu which I wait for it to cool and store it indoors. The Volt does not disappoint and cooks and excellent pizza, I've noticed no difference in pizzas baked in the Karu opposed to the Volt and after long fighting with myself I have no regrets on taking the plunge to finally add the Volt to my arsenal! I've had it for about a month now and would do it all over again. If I had to think of a downside it's that I didn't pull the trigger sooner! Thanks Ooni for a great product and an even better community. 🍕

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. The freight process is a bit more complicated than what we've all come to expect for small parcels, so it's important that you're prepared and understand what's required of you well before delivery day.

- Some carriers will call to schedule a delivery window, while others will deliver the shipment to a reasonably accessible location closest to your residence (their goal is to deliver as near a garage door as they can).

Carriers that schedule delivery appointments require you to be home for delivery and provide your signature. The delivery is made with a semi-truck with lift gate services, and the shipment is dropped off at the curb. If you authorize the shipping company to leave the delivery without a signature, BBQGuys can't be held responsible for damages that occur during delivery. For carriers that deliver without an appointment:
Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
