Two weeks, used it twice and on the third try it caught fire. The auger kept feed the pot pushing pellets throughout the grill catching it on fire, Lets see kind of service will follow.

It didn't take more than an hour to put it together and prime. Great grill for camping or on a patio deck.

First issue.... When smoking smoke gets into the pellet bin and I think it makes the pellets fall apart, soggy looking, dont feed I have to push them into the auger. Second issue.. Cold weather smoking, 27 degrees out, no wind. Started out good, about 3 hours into the smoke got an error code ER2, no ER2 in my book. Unplugged and restarted happened again. I had to finish it in the oven. The size is just a little to small I have to cut 1 rack of ribs so it will fit on the smoker. I was thinking about getting the KC Combo I like the 4 in 1 idea but dont really know if I want to chance it.

I purchased Luigi, yes I named him, just before Memorial day of this year. He's been a pretty trustworthy grill and I'm seriously considering purchasing a second one as a backup. I use Luigi to compete at SCA Steak Cookoffs and I'll be counting on him when I compete at the World Championship in March of 2022. My friend/teammate has the Lowe's version and Mario, yes that's the name of my friend's grill, has served him will with a few issues (auger broke at a comp) and he has purchased a back up just in case these little workhorses decide to take the day off. I wish it had handles on the sides just because they're bulky to carry around & I'm always afraid I'm going to drop my little buddy when I move him from the vehicle to the table for a competition. I'm super happy with my purchase and would totally buy another when they come back in stock. I've attached pics of Luigi at a competition (you can see his buddy Mario in the background) as well as a picture of the steak that won me a chance to compete at the World's.

Works great and very easy to put together. Really like how the top rack easily moves to different spots on the grates. Plenty big enough cooking area to do a loin or pork butt.

When I received my pit boss grill I was amazed at how well built an easy to assemble it was and yesterday I used it for the first time and am thrilled at how well this works for me and my wife and it's so easy to take with us in the Rv I am looking forward to a lot of years of great use it's nice to order something and it meet or exceeds all of your expectations!!!

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
