I got this unit straight out of the box getting ready to prime pellets and the auger motor was spiking but the shaft wasn't pulled it appart and appears the motor is spinning inside the auger shaft, I did a live video and who ever was helping me said just return the grill, parts are on 4 week back order and was no help, said it's pretty much my fault it happened but it's Brand new never used. I must add I own multiple Pitboss girls and a flattop griddle.

We have had our pellet grill for 2 weeks exactly - we used it 3 times the first week and it was GREAT! Just went to use it again this week and the auger was jammed - after a few YouTube searches (reading the comments helped immensely for tips and tricks others found), we got it unjammed and we thought we were back in business. Not 10 minutes later - jammed again. Took it apart AGAIN and cleaned it all out, got it going. Got it up to temp, threw my meat on - go check it 15 minutes later and the temp is down and the auger is jammed again. VERY frustrated right now with this.

My husband saw this table top smoker on sale and thought we should get it. He didn't like smoked foods. I have 2 smokers already. The one doesn't really do a good at smoking so we use smoking tubes. All of a sudden my husband likes smoking foods because he can use them grill and smoke. Once I bought this pit boss for camping and her tried it...well that was it! He NOW calls it "his" smoker. He loves it! I try to love it but whenever I try to smoke something on it, he takes over! Food turns out great! I guess I need to get rid of the one smoker I have at home and replace it with a Pit Boss!

My wife bought this for my birthday in May. I've cooked about 6 meals and the auger quit feeding. I cleaned all the pellets out and the auger spun, but as soon as I put pellets back in it acted jammed up. Called customer service and had a horrible experience. I just want my grill fixed!!!

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. The freight process is a bit more complicated than what we've all come to expect for small parcels, so it's important that you're prepared and understand what's required of you well before delivery day.

- Some carriers will call to schedule a delivery window, while others will deliver the shipment to a reasonably accessible location closest to your residence (their goal is to deliver as near a garage door as they can).

Carriers that schedule delivery appointments require you to be home for delivery and provide your signature. The delivery is made with a semi-truck with lift gate services, and the shipment is dropped off at the curb. If you authorize the shipping company to leave the delivery without a signature, BBQGuys can't be held responsible for damages that occur during delivery. For carriers that deliver without an appointment:
Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
