I grew up with cast iron cookware and so when I found out about the Blackstone griddle I was thrilled. I didn't like my old grill ant it as falling apart. The only problem is the location of the hole for the gas & electric lines. It should be in the back. I had to re-configure my cabinet to accommodate the hole and it took several days to finally get it installed.

Love this griddle. Fit perfect instructions explain size of drop in. Works great. Love the lighting on the bottom. We are extremely happy with the purchase.

Just installed for a previous customer in an existing island that is replacing their gas grill. Blackstone engineers 1) gas line in the rear of the unit if you plan on selling to replace existing grills 2) too deep for most islands 3) surface rust after three days on non stainless material. I'm a huge fan of blackstone and have owned 3 and convinced many to buy. Just wait for the redesign which they will do after they have a 50 percent return rate.

Hi Hector. The PCB is the power control unit. It provides electrical supply to the lighted knobs and the ignition system.

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. The delivery is made with a semi-truck with lift gate services, and the shipment is dropped off at the curb. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
