Minka-Aire warrants to the original owner that this fan will be free from defects in material and workmanship for one year from the date of purchase, excluding the motor. Minka-Aire warrants to the original owner that the motor in this fan shall be free from defects in This is a limited warranty. Minka-Aire only obligation under this limited warranty is to replace or repair, or refund the purchase price, in Minka-Aire sole discretion without charge to the original owner, of the fan once Minka-Aire confirms that the fan has a defect covered by this limited warranty. Labor not included.

It doesn't turn as fast as most fans. So the fastest speed may seem like it's on medium. I did learn that the motor will last longer and built better than the average fan motor. We preferred durability, so this was the perfect fan for us.

Installed 2 fans in 2017 and they have run almost continuously since without any problems. The lowest speed moves the air without the usual "hurricane " you get from most other fans. We really like them. Just what we needed for "off grid living.

I installed two MinkaAir Roto fans in the kitchen / dining room area of my house. I used 24" extensions due to the high ceilings. The fans are very quiet and move a lot of air. Even at high speed there is zero wobble or movement other than the fan blades. They run at low speed most of the time. The air movement noticeably helps even out temperatures in the house. MinkaAire makes quality fans.

This fan is exactly what we wanted for our beach house. It is in an open space and looks great. It was easy to install and has clean lines. Although the blades are a composite, they look like metal, which we like. It arrived promptly and was well packed. For the cost it was an excellent buy.

I purchased 2 of the kocoa colored fans to use in my new patio. I love the contemporary design and they are beautiful. The fans arrived sooner than expected which was great because I was going on vacation and needed them delivered before I left. The only problem I had was that the light kits that were recommended on the site could not be used, according to the electrician, there was no light wire to connect them to.

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
