Minka-Aire warrants to the original owner that the motor in this fan shall be free from defects in This is a limited warranty. Minka-Aire only obligation under this limited warranty is to replace or repair, or refund the purchase price, in Minka-Aire sole discretion without charge to the original owner, of the fan once Minka-Aire confirms that the fan has a defect covered by this limited warranty. Labor not included.

Love the clean modern look & good air movement. Only wish the control was reversed, as in slow to high vs current high to slow. Has Good balance,

Great air movement, light could be a little brighter. For some reason there is a delay in unit turning on when we hit the switch, but it could be the way it was wired. Looks fabulous, and is very silent. Used as indoor fan in large bonus room.

This is a wonderful ceiling fan! It works beautifully and doesn't make any noise. I love the simple design. I purchased a smaller one for our bedroom and it looks great. This one is a little larger and we put it on the ceiling of our back porch. It's perfect! Don't be afraid of the modern style because it actually is perfect for any decoration. It's just cools everything down without stealing the show and bringing unwanted attention to a ceiling fan. Strength in simplicity! It's beautiful!

I purchased this fan to replace our darker fan that we had for many years. This fan is in our living room with an 18' ceiling. I also purchased the 72" downrod. This all was easily installed in about 45 minutes by an electrician. The high ceiling prevented us from doing it ourselves. This fan is a nice update and I like the ability to switch the fan speed at the wall switch plate. I plan to purchase again with a smaller length blade for bedrooms.

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
