Minka-Aire warrants to the original owner that this fan will be free from defects in material and workmanship for one year from the date of purchase, excluding the motor. Minka-Aire warrants to the original owner that the motor in this fan shall be free from defects in This is a limited warranty. Minka-Aire only obligation under this limited warranty is to replace or repair, or refund the purchase price, in Minka-Aire sole discretion without charge to the original owner, of the fan once Minka-Aire confirms that the fan has a defect covered by this limited warranty. Labor not included.

We purchased this product to fit the theme of the area it was installed. We love the features of the light dimming control and the fan setting speeds. Combine these features with the additionally purchased remote controller, this is one of the best outdoor fan applications we ever had.

This is an outstanding fan, very quiet with very little sound and movement when turned up all the way. It comes with a 100 watt bulb, but the frosted glass dims it a bit. I'm pretty handy and installed it easily in our beach house. I can't stop staring at it, it's a work of art. I'm not crazy about the wall control switch, it could be nicer for such a quality fan.

I receive raves on this fan's unique beauty. The electrician said it was easy to install and was top quality. Ordering was easy and fan came within a couple days. I ordered the extension bar...but an extension comes with it...so unneeded expense. The glow of the amber light is subtle and warm. The fan is quiet-even on high speed.

Installed this beauty in the mancave- Looks great with the industrial themed globe cage- (got the bronze finish) and runs totally silently, thus not interfering with the mancave games. Dimmable down to almost nightlite and bright enough for power tool lighting. And when I turn it on, it rains. when I turn it off, the rain stops. Thanks Rainman!

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. The freight process is a bit more complicated than what we've all come to expect for small parcels, so it's important that you're prepared and understand what's required of you well before delivery day.

Carriers that schedule delivery appointments require you to be home for delivery and provide your signature. The delivery is made with a semi-truck with lift gate services, and the shipment is dropped off at the curb. Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
