Minka-Aire warrants to the original owner that this fan will be free from defects in material and workmanship for one year from the date of purchase, excluding the motor. Minka-Aire warrants to the original owner that the motor in this fan shall be free from defects in This is a limited warranty. Minka-Aire only obligation under this limited warranty is to replace or repair, or refund the purchase price, in Minka-Aire sole discretion without charge to the original owner, of the fan once Minka-Aire confirms that the fan has a defect covered by this limited warranty. Labor not included.

I've had this fan for 2 months and it is exactly what I wanted..Stainless Steel...Contemporary styling.. and so silent you can't hear it at all! The fan has light that glows beautifully.I wouldn't hesitate to purchase other products from this company. You'll love this fan!!

Purchased this fan for my outdoor covered spa deck area. I love the style. The color of the fan blades are much lighter than they appear to be in the online pictures. I had it installed without a wall switch and I'm using the remote which was purchased separately.

We are happy with this fan. It works great with the wired remote control as well as with the hand remote control we purchased separately. (The wired remote really only supplies the power to the fan and acts as a wireless remote to control the fan's motor and light, sending signals to the receiver that's mounted within the fan enclosure - the same as with the hand remote.) The fan's blades do NOT wobble in any manner at any speed. The air movement is perfect for our application. We had the fan installed by an electrician but I could have installed it easily as the instructions were clear and the wires were labeled well. We purchased the fan in the white color and it matches with our interior sun room color perfectly.

I purchased the 52" Minkaire 3 blade fan for my new screened in porch. It really helps to circulate the air, especially on these super humid summer days and is quiet and unobtrusive. The sleek and modern design (in white) is exactly what I was looking for...Although it came with a remote, I had the electrician attach a dimmer switch on the wall for both the light and fan. I am very pleased with this purchase.

I have now replaced every single fan on my multi story Costa Rica beach house with this model. Living on the Pacific on the edge of a tropical rainforest, our home is probably the "worst case scenario" for any type of outdoor fan. This was evident when the "outdoor" fans our builder provided pitted and rusted within 3 weeks of installation. You cannot beat the value of this fan. Not only will it consistently work and look good in extreme conditions, such as mine. The air movement from one of these fans equals 3 of the Hunter Douglas fans originally installed. For contemporary design applications, I would not use any other. We live a stone's throw from the Equator and I rarely have to use my air conditioning because we find that with the ocean breeze and these fans, there is rarely a need. In addition, the electrical savings alone could sell this product. It uses 50% less energy than a standard fan. Upkeep is a breeze, it never needs to be repainted annd a simple swipe with a damp sponge is sufficient to keep the entire unit photoshoot ready at all times.

Bought this fan for an outdoor, covered patio. It hangs 10 feet + off the ground and I don't think it will have enough wingspan to make much of a difference. I do love the look of the brushed nickel finish and the simple design.

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. The freight process is a bit more complicated than what we've all come to expect for small parcels, so it's important that you're prepared and understand what's required of you well before delivery day.

- Some carriers will call to schedule a delivery window, while others will deliver the shipment to a reasonably accessible location closest to your residence (their goal is to deliver as near a garage door as they can).

Carriers that schedule delivery appointments require you to be home for delivery and provide your signature. The delivery is made with a semi-truck with lift gate services, and the shipment is dropped off at the curb. If you authorize the shipping company to leave the delivery without a signature, BBQGuys can't be held responsible for damages that occur during delivery. Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
