Minka-Aire warrants to the original owner that the motor in this fan shall be free from defects in This is a limited warranty. Minka-Aire only obligation under this limited warranty is to replace or repair, or refund the purchase price, in Minka-Aire sole discretion without charge to the original owner, of the fan once Minka-Aire confirms that the fan has a defect covered by this limited warranty. Labor not included.

I bought this for a client outdoor kitchen are. It is great. They live the way it rotates because it does not just pour air down on them. It's durable and easy to install.

Only suggestion, have an electrician install. The fan is amazing, solid and most importantly helps keep flying insects away from our sitting area.!!!

I have a large covered front porch that needed screening for years so as to guard against the desert sun and evening mosquitoes. A friend in Florida recommended this particular ceiling fan as an alternative. Happily, This style light/fan works great! The fans actually cools me and my guests while blowing away all the pesky central Texas bugs. Now, I can enjoy loitering on my porch all-year, night or day, without feeling harassed or incarcerated. All my neighbors are jealous.

We installed this fan on a screened in deck as the original fan we installed was not working as expected. Due to the large size of the deck, we really should have installed two fans when we built it. This fan provided a much needed option to increase air flow and it does a wonderful job. I do wish it was a little larger. I knew from the other reviews that the photography makes it appear larger than it is so be sure to study the dimensions. Otherwise, it's a great fan, works well, and we are very satisfied.

We put this on our outdoor patio/kitchen. We absolutely love it. Very easy to install and looks fantastic. Provides plenty of circulation and is soooooo quiet. Wish I could put one inside my home as well. It was very easy to install and we get lots of compliments on it as well. Great addition and very fuctional for any oudoor space!

This fans is the best. It looks big, but is not. Its powerful, efficient, silent and looks great! It has it all. It worth every penny!

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. The freight process is a bit more complicated than what we've all come to expect for small parcels, so it's important that you're prepared and understand what's required of you well before delivery day.

The delivery is made with a semi-truck with lift gate services, and the shipment is dropped off at the curb. Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
