This rotisserie is poorly designed, after an hour or two of heat, the metal in metal tube design seizes leaving the spit completely useless. I had to use sandpaper & high-temp food-grade grease to make this product workable. Would only recommend it you absolutely need a spit rotisserie attachment on this BBQ.

Just oscillating, looked at all the fixes but no luck. The motor is just weak. Says it will do upto 20# but I can't get it to do 2 small chickens.

Just got and put it my grill with high hopes of a great chicken, says it works with 20 pounds of meat, so I put around 10 to 12 pounds on it and all it does is rock the baby goes so far around and reverses so it never goes all the way around, My son just saved his money, now to see about getting a refund Would I recommend no

I bought the Series 800 and love the way it cooks. However, I can't keep the unit running and have gotten very poor suport from Masterbuilt. I have replaced the control, temperature probe, fan, several limit switches and never know if the unit is going to work or not. Currently I need to replace the heat manifold for the grill. The product number is not on their parts page and every time I request a part number to order the part, they send me a link to the parts page. I tried calling and the number in my manual tells me to go to their parts page. At this point I have a very good looking smoker that is absolutly useless. I have been trying for weeks to get the information and about ready to send the unit to the landfill.

I bought the 900 series in Feb 2024. Basically 800 with a pizza oven function. This machine broke on me twice within 10 months of usage. First the temperature probe malfunction and was reading crazy temperature. And now the top charcoal filler lid switch broke and upon looking at the broken switch, the 2 connectors was so brittle and broke. I had to tape the 2 wires together to trick the smoker to continue smoking my meal. Customer service is also slow and no one to speak to over the phone is a joke.

The motor is weak. Roasted a 6.5 lb duck and the motor was severely under powered.

A good rotisserie, but only holds up to 10 lbs only. Unfortunately, thanksgiving turkey 2024 didn't make the cut due to it being 18 lbs. ended up grilling in pan and was still a great success!

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. For carriers that deliver without an appointment:
Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
