I bought the grill years ago and assembled it last year. The panel stopped working correctly. And the app doesn't connect properly. But when it is all working the grill performs great. It just hasn't all worked together in months

This is a wonderful smoker. Before this I had a Brinkman barrel cooker and then a Weber Smokey Mountain that I tricked out with a ThermoWorks Smoke system. That worked ok but was awkward for long cooks. The MB is so easy and the product it turns out is at least as good if not superior to what I could do before. Probes can be a bit fragile and I have replaced a few, and after 3 years I needed to replace two of the lid switches. But I use this cooker several times a week most of the year.

I've had my Masterbuilt gravity for one year now and have used it on 40+ cooks. I have enjoyed using, especially for the convenience of setting and forgetting. The charcoal/wood bin provides ample cooking time. My complaints are: the electronic controls have started fading in/out making it difficult to read and set. Additionally, I have had numerous problems with the app. Lastly, the heat defuser does not evenly distribute heat from end to end.

I've had min for about 1.5 years, love it, but does have it's issues. The good: Wide and steady heat range Excellent flavor No real tending needed Decent app The bad: Controller died in a year(doesn't like the rain or snow, cover always!) Firebox rusted out 1 year in Can't use without power Mods helped with quality and consumption of lump coal, and can now run it on a power bank via USB. Overall, hope it lasts a few more years, I would buy another.

It's the real deal! Pellet grills are convenient but to get the real smoke - real taste it can't be beat.

I did a few mods to it before the first use, it was a great unit, great smoke flavor, almost like an offset and extremely easier to use it, I did about 30 briskets in a little over than a year, dozens of pork ribs, hot wings, 2 turkeys, so many ribeyes, everything fantastic. I'm planning on getting the XT.

Ive cooked all kinds of food on this grill (including rotisserie). The results are super delicious and it cuts down on continuously standing over a grill.

Best grill I've ever had. Easy to light. Gets to temp quickly. You can get charcoal and wood flavor which I missed with the gas grill. Holds temp amazingly well. The coals are extinguished in a reasonable amount of time after cooking. I was skeptical but decided to try it and I'm glad I did. The customer service is excellent. My charcoal smoker was damaged on delivery and the parts were promptly replaced.

Gravity serious gives out better smoke with waaaay better flavor than any other easy to use set it and forget it machine on the market the pellet machine are for ease of use but if u want easy and flavor choose masterbuilt

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. The freight process is a bit more complicated than what we've all come to expect for small parcels, so it's important that you're prepared and understand what's required of you well before delivery day.
- Most freight products ship on a pallet
- Some carriers will call to schedule a delivery window, while others will deliver the shipment to a reasonably accessible location closest to your residence (their goal is to deliver as near a garage door as they can).

For carriers that schedule delivery appointments:
Carriers that schedule delivery appointments require you to be home for delivery and provide your signature. The delivery is made with a semi-truck with lift gate services, and the shipment is dropped off at the curb. If you authorize the shipping company to leave the delivery without a signature, BBQGuys can't be held responsible for damages that occur during delivery. As complicated as this process may seem, we've only scratched the surface here — please review our detailed guide to freight delivery so there are no surprises when a freight shipment heads your way.
For carriers that deliver without an appointment:
Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
