I've had the gravity 800 for 2.5 years without an issue and im always looking for excuses to use it. My wife has plans for dinner and I sway her into letting me throw the food on the 800 lol its easy to use and the features are exactly what you need for a good cook/grill/smoke whatever it is you choose. Set the temp, use the probes and turn on the app for phone control which makes it super convenient. Oh and the charcoal gives the food amazing taste. Embarrassed to say I used a propane grill for years.

I have used the Gravity in all types of outside air temperatures and the cooking temperatures remain constant with a 5 degree variance. I consider this accurate compared to my Treager.

I've used this addition to my gravity 800, and it makes the most wonderful chicken. You won't ever want a store bought rotisserie chicken!

I bought the grill/smoker a year ago. Came off a pellet grill. This has a ton more flavor than the pellet grill did. I really like that I can add wood chunks in with the fuel to get more wood smoke flavor. Also really like that the only moving part is the blower motor.

I bought this a while back and still loving it, I like that when i am done smoking I can close it off and save the charcoal for the next time, instead of letting it burn up the charcoal.

Got this as a Christmas gift from my daughter. Smoked on it for the first time on 01/17/2025. I have used pellet smokers, propane smokers, wood and coal smokers in the past. By far this is the most user friendly system I have ever used. My wife said that this was the best bbq that I have ever made. This is the best compliment she has ever given me about my out door cooking. I can only give credit to the ease of use to the masterbuilt gravity unit. I haven't figured out what I'm doing wrong with the middle rack. I can't seem to lock it in place so it doesn't fall down when I adjust my meat. It slides back and folds down. If the middle and upper racks were a little larger it would be absolutely perfect.

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. The freight process is a bit more complicated than what we've all come to expect for small parcels, so it's important that you're prepared and understand what's required of you well before delivery day.
- Most freight products ship on a pallet
- Some carriers will call to schedule a delivery window, while others will deliver the shipment to a reasonably accessible location closest to your residence (their goal is to deliver as near a garage door as they can).
- We'll specify which process you can expect in your shipping confirmation email.
For carriers that schedule delivery appointments:
Carriers that schedule delivery appointments require you to be home for delivery and provide your signature. The delivery is made with a semi-truck with lift gate services, and the shipment is dropped off at the curb. If you authorize the shipping company to leave the delivery without a signature, BBQGuys can't be held responsible for damages that occur during delivery. As complicated as this process may seem, we've only scratched the surface here — please review our detailed guide to freight delivery so there are no surprises when a freight shipment heads your way.
For carriers that deliver without an appointment:
Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
