I loved it while it worked. Ease of use, held temperature, and easy to control with the app. Worked great and then the control board gave out. I haven't replaced it yet. I hope to get it fixed soon.

I have used ceramic kamado grill for over thirty years and I loved it. Time had taken its toll on the old grill so I decided to try something different. I saw the Gravity feed 1050 in an add and decided to give it a try. The versatility is what I like best. I can give a steak or chop some shop, turn it up and get a great sear. I added the rotisserie and was very pleased with the results. Butcher's cut briskets came out great as well. This is the only grill/smoker tool I need. I am able to load the hopper with bulk charcoal mixed with some blocks of hardwood for flavor and get results reminiscent to a stick smoker with the convenience of a pellet grill but with better flavor.

Great idea for more smoke flavor without babysitting. I like using a adapter with a battery pack instead of plugging it in. Uses very little power.

It has everything, temperature control, smoker, searing, griddle plate, easy to use, it has it all! I cannot recommend this smoker/grill more. I have owned many grills through my 54 years, and this one EASILY takes the cake! You can't go wrong with this! Enjoy your meats and eggs on this thing.

I've had this smoker since 2019ish... I had problems with the app working. The brain went bad in the unit and I was sent another free of charge. I could never get the Wi-Fi remote to work until recently. I fired up my smoker and redownloaded the app. I went through all the set up procedures and the smoker fired right up and did every command from the app on my phone.

I have had my 800 series for a while now and being 65 I have had my share of grills and smokers. In my garage I have 3 other smokers and 2 other grills (I tailgate a lot at the University of Miami football games). This is by far the best price of outdoor cooking equipment I have ever known. It easy to use it's easy to start and stop and keeps temps steady. I have 5 friends who have them now cause I showed them the 800 and they too say the same The Best!

I had a Weber Grill and my wife convinced me to get the Gravity 800. Have not used the Weber since I got the Gravity 800. Just smoked a brisket this last weekend and came out great with the electronic temperature control.

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. The freight process is a bit more complicated than what we've all come to expect for small parcels, so it's important that you're prepared and understand what's required of you well before delivery day.
- Most freight products ship on a pallet
- Some carriers will call to schedule a delivery window, while others will deliver the shipment to a reasonably accessible location closest to your residence (their goal is to deliver as near a garage door as they can).

For carriers that schedule delivery appointments:
Carriers that schedule delivery appointments require you to be home for delivery and provide your signature. The delivery is made with a semi-truck with lift gate services, and the shipment is dropped off at the curb. If you authorize the shipping company to leave the delivery without a signature, BBQGuys can't be held responsible for damages that occur during delivery. As complicated as this process may seem, we've only scratched the surface here — please review our detailed guide to freight delivery so there are no surprises when a freight shipment heads your way.
For carriers that deliver without an appointment:
Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
