I bought this in June, so far I have replaced almost everything. The probe, the control panel. The fan doesn't operate properly, the wiring is substandard. Even their website is not user friendly. Next time I will buy a Pit Boss or Traeger, anything but master built. Don't buy this trash

These fire starters are the perfect match for my gravity series grills! Fit petfect in the slot and burn for a long time. I've even used them to light up a charcoal chimney and one single square did a great job

I have only had my 800 series model MB20040221 for a month. Yesterday the fan stopped running less than an hour into a 250F cook. Tried to power down and restart. Nothing. Was having friends over today and I powered everything up and the fan worked. So I set about to cook up some wings at 275F, and once again the fan stopped working less than an hour into the cook. Masterbuilt is using Covid as an excuse for poor customer service. Only online and VERY SLOW response.

This charcoal is a perfect pairing with the gravity feed charcoal smokers. The size of the pieces are the perfect size and they burned well, giving great flavor and held consistent temperatures.

This is the perfect fire starter for my 560 gravity feed charcoal smoker. They fit perfectly in the bracket of the fire box. I absolutely love that they have no flavor to them like some of the others that I have experimented with.

it was very simple to install. Strong motor, even handled the 13 lb. turkey. I am sure it can handle even more weight.

I bought this at the beginning of summer and used it a lot! Haven't had one issue with it yet. Have smoked, grilled, seared and slow cooked with it. I use wood chunks and charcoal mixed and it is very efficient. Really like the fact you can take the drip pan out to clean it and the ash bin as well.

I just did my second chicken and started making noises half way thru and stopped ruined dinner and so much for Christmas turkey on rotisserie very very unhappy

Yes, it took forever to assemble. Yes, it is a bit of a fuel hog. However, finally being able to get charcoal + wood smoke flavor in a set-it and forget it product is perfect for those of us that don't have the time to manage stick-burners but want better flavor than electric only (which I also own).

This is the best grill you can buy. It does anything you want. No need to have multiple grills, you can smoke, grill, bake, or even use the rotisserie!

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. The freight process is a bit more complicated than what we've all come to expect for small parcels, so it's important that you're prepared and understand what's required of you well before delivery day.

- Some carriers will call to schedule a delivery window, while others will deliver the shipment to a reasonably accessible location closest to your residence (their goal is to deliver as near a garage door as they can).

For carriers that schedule delivery appointments:
Carriers that schedule delivery appointments require you to be home for delivery and provide your signature. The delivery is made with a semi-truck with lift gate services, and the shipment is dropped off at the curb. If you authorize the shipping company to leave the delivery without a signature, BBQGuys can't be held responsible for damages that occur during delivery. As complicated as this process may seem, we've only scratched the surface here — please review our detailed guide to freight delivery so there are no surprises when a freight shipment heads your way.
For carriers that deliver without an appointment:
Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
