Bought this back in July and have kept it out of the elements with a cover. First problem, the grease pan leaks during long cooks. The container that holds the grease in works fine. The pan itself is absolute garbage and made with very thin aluminum. Emailed custom services and they were no help. I registered my grill multiple times and customer service somehow can see my grill in their system. Moving on to the next problem. The LCD is also junk. I now have to use their garbage app to control this grill. For 800 dollars you get a huge pile of sh*t. Everythinh about this is built cheap and not of quality. I will never give my business again to this company only because customer service is a huge pain to deal with. Reconsider buying this as there are more grills that are half the cost of this hunk of junk and are better quality.

I bought the rotisserie attachment leading up to the holidays and have had such delicious results on everything I've tried so far! It's been a crowd pleaser and everyone loves to see the food rotating!
Bought this in July but took a 3 month hiatus due to a knee replacement. I love it. I have heard many people complain about how it arrived, problems with certain functionalities. I am lucky enough to see mine had a little dent in it on arrival but nothing that was show stopper. Sometimes it's a little tough to light but the product that it puts out is be on excellent. Overall I'm very happy with it

I bought this to use on thanksgiving turkey that was 19 pounds. Weight limit is supposedly 20 pounds. Stripped motor within an hour. Customer service is ridiculously difficult. 560 is constantly not working properly. Whether it's a door sensor, error code 4 that means fire is out when the fire is not out, and warped charcoal shoot. Done with this grill and Masterbuilt. Sticking with my Weber preformer charcoal.

Christmas 2020, the only redeeming thing of this year is the fact my wife got me the Gravity 800. In the 1 week I have had this great piece of equipment I have make tri-tip, turkey, and burgers all have been awesome! Only downside otherwise I would have given 5 starts is that the digital readout on the controller was broken on delivery. The warehouse is back ordered so I am waiting for a new one. Great product! Easy lighting and cooks AMAZING!
To use the Rotisserie you need to add a mounting bracket which supports the end of the spit rod. One of the three screws went in about half way and would not go in any further or unscrew/come back out. The screw was not cross threaded but instead the rivet nut in the grill was defective. To fix I had to apply pressure while unscrewing until the rivet nut and screw pulled out. Then drilled a larger hole to clean up the surface and installed a larger rivet nut (purchased a tool). Also while using the rotisserie the screw collar which screws from the inside of the grill thru the side of the grill and into the motor continued to unscrew. I was lucky in that the spit rod did not fall and drop the turkey I was roasting for thanksgiving but burnt my hand trying to keep the collar tight to finish the cook. After the cook I have applied lock tight (not stated in the installation instructions) on the threads but have not had an opportunity to test.
I love it works perfect. It's a great addition to my grill
We have only used the rotisserie kit on our 560 grill a few times, so far it has worked great. At this time I would rate the unit at 5 stars.
I bought this several months ago. It is very easy to install and works great. I also purchased the ribolator and the spit rod is some weird size, so it doesn't fit properly. Because of the weird size, it's hard to get a counterbalance to fit as well. Other than this, I would say it is awesome.

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. The freight process is a bit more complicated than what we've all come to expect for small parcels, so it's important that you're prepared and understand what's required of you well before delivery day.
- Most freight products ship on a pallet
- Some carriers will call to schedule a delivery window, while others will deliver the shipment to a reasonably accessible location closest to your residence (their goal is to deliver as near a garage door as they can).
- We'll specify which process you can expect in your shipping confirmation email.
For carriers that schedule delivery appointments:
Carriers that schedule delivery appointments require you to be home for delivery and provide your signature. The delivery is made with a semi-truck with lift gate services, and the shipment is dropped off at the curb. If you authorize the shipping company to leave the delivery without a signature, BBQGuys can't be held responsible for damages that occur during delivery. As complicated as this process may seem, we've only scratched the surface here — please review our detailed guide to freight delivery so there are no surprises when a freight shipment heads your way.
For carriers that deliver without an appointment:
Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
