I've had it almost a year and it's been a good smoker just hope the next ones in the future are built a little better. If I had known they were going to bring a bigger one out I would have waited.

Bought this back in August, have used it tons of times since and live every cook. Does amazing Brisket, Ribs, Pulled Pork. Sears steaks, grilled burgers, shrimp on the Barbie! Great product. Definitely worth it.

Bought the 560 a couple of weeks ago. Seemed like a good compromise between grilling and smoking and ease of use. This is exactly the case so far.

This cooker was a gift for me from my wife and kids. It makes quality cooking so much easier. I definitely recommend the rotisserie add-on.

I bought my unit last month and since then have enjoyed the amazing smoke quality in my meats. I would highly recommend this product. I dont think ill ever go back to gas. Here is images of my first cook.

After my son was born, time for tending the bbq was limited. Not wanting to go back to propane, I was delighted to discover the gravity 1050. My first cook, I was able to make near perfect ribs without rushing in and out of the house to check vents. This meant more time with my wife and little boy, which is amazing. The unit is not perfect; the materials could be a bit stronger and my thermometer is not that accurate, but otherwise it is a fine cooker for the price. Cast iron grates area pain to maintain, but at the price point for a gravity smoker and grill, I cannot complain. It does go through charcoal like a beast, but I am working on ways to improve on that. Apparently they redesigned the charcoal grate to help, but my unit did not come with the update unfortunately.

I got this for Father's Day in 2020 and couldn't be happier!! I love using charcoal for the flavor and this makes it easy to get long smokes in with losing heat. There were a couple kinks that Masterbuilt warranty support was so quick and helpful to remedy. I love my 560!!

Have only had for a week, and have already burned 40lbs of charcoal through it. Smoked my first pork butt and it was phenomenal, the gravity series kept incredibly consistent temperature throughout the 15 hour cook. Have done ribs, cornbread, Mac and cheese, biscuits, and burgers. I kept my gas grill thinking I would use both, so far I don't see myself firing my gas grill up again anytime soon. Super easy to assemble, but be forewarned, when seasoning it, some black paint/powdercoat will burn off, and some will turn to a liquid and drip on the ground. Make sure you have a pan or something down.

Purchased 1/2020. Used for 3 months. 2 switches had already gone out. Then the main fan melted. Trying to seat a steak at 700 degrees. Had to wait due to Covid before I could get parts. Replaced this year 2/2021. Here it is 4/2/2021. Ordered the 2nd main fan. Bad design.. plastic fan housing near 700 degree heat? Come on man...

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. The freight process is a bit more complicated than what we've all come to expect for small parcels, so it's important that you're prepared and understand what's required of you well before delivery day.

- Some carriers will call to schedule a delivery window, while others will deliver the shipment to a reasonably accessible location closest to your residence (their goal is to deliver as near a garage door as they can).

For carriers that schedule delivery appointments:
Carriers that schedule delivery appointments require you to be home for delivery and provide your signature. The delivery is made with a semi-truck with lift gate services, and the shipment is dropped off at the curb. If you authorize the shipping company to leave the delivery without a signature, BBQGuys can't be held responsible for damages that occur during delivery. As complicated as this process may seem, we've only scratched the surface here — please review our detailed guide to freight delivery so there are no surprises when a freight shipment heads your way.
For carriers that deliver without an appointment:
Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
