I bought this in the fall of 2020 and haven't regretted it. This grill/smoker is the best of both worlds. Charcoal fuel but convenience of electric smoker. I've cooked everything from pork shoulders to brisket to al pastor to pizzas. Unbelievable grill and recommend this grill to all my friends.

I have owned and still own many old school smokers. Some home made versions. This thing really stacks up. I love the controllability of the temp. Mixing some hardwood chunks in with charcoal beats the pants off the so called "pellet smokers". First Boston Butt I cooked came out perfect. Was able to run it all night and leave it alone to do its work for 12 hours (I did reload it about 8 hours in just to be safe). Wrapped for a short period and cranked it up for a perfect bone pull! Good as it gets. Did some bacon wrapped pork chops on it too for great grilled flavor! LOVE THIS COOKER!

I bought the 1050 10 months ago and had great expectations. Unfortunately I've had more problems than cooks. I've had to replace almost every component in the unit. When it works it's great but there is always something else wrong

This smoker grill has made me a "expert" in smoking and grilling. Smoking has never been so hands off especially using the blue tooth and cell phone to keep up with progress on your cooking. I look forward to experimenting with all types of meats & fish. I have figured out the Lump Charcoal works best and stay away from the briquettes

Enjoying my gravity fed very much. Grilled and smoked with it many times. Sometimes when smoking is over and I turn up the heat I need to stir the charcoal chamber, aside from that - great quality meat comes out of it, smoked and grilled.

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. Carriers that schedule delivery appointments require you to be home for delivery and provide your signature. The delivery is made with a semi-truck with lift gate services, and the shipment is dropped off at the curb. If you authorize the shipping company to leave the delivery without a signature, BBQGuys can't be held responsible for damages that occur during delivery. For carriers that deliver without an appointment:
Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
