I've owned my pit boss Austin XL for about 10 months now, a friend told me about the master built 800 and I haven't looked back. I promptly sold my pit boss and I'm now thinking about getting the masterbuilt 1050 to match my 800

I have had my smoker since November 2020 and its the best thing ever. As a newbie to smoking meat my masterbuilt 560 excels my performance through its amazing features. The gravity fed system and temperature control allows me to set and forget but still be hands on in controlling the level of smoke by adding wood chunks to the box. Everything from smoking to grilling has been excellent

I have used my 560 twice so far. First cook was searing steaks at 700F - worked perfectly! Second cook was baby back ribs at 200F - worked perfectly! After that my controller failed and a new one is on the way under warranty. Hopefully that will correct the issue and I will be back in business.

I have a few friends that own one of these and they told me all about how easy it is to use. My knowledge on grills/smokers was very limited and The gravity control and fan controlled temperature makes it simply to use and still get the great smoke flavor. The only issue I have had is trying to keep the grill connected to wifi. I have had to stay close enough for bluetooth to connect to my phone.

I purchased the grill/smoker a little over a year ago. Wish I had known that you were coming out with the larger one. I use it at least three times a week. I build custom smokers for people but use yours more than i do my own. The cover closed switch melted shortly after I started using it but that has not been a problem. I am a bbq competition judge and have had a number of opportunities to talk with people using your products in competition and everyone i have talked to is very happy with the product.

I have been using pellet grills for a decade because I didn't want to mess with the whole process that is using charcoal process. Manually adjusting vents and the guess and check that goes along with it is brutal unless you have 10 hours to babysit your smoker. I have 3 little kids so that luxury is something I don't have. The masterbuilt is a 100% game changer! All of the flavor and none of the hassle. Now I reverse sear everything during the week and I love smoking hot and fast or low and slow on the weekend. This thing rocks!

Been a great pit for the family. The ability to smoke and bbq is heaven sent. I never like using gas and I was very close to buying a pellet grill. Man I am so glad I saw the adds with this one. Love my grill and hope it holds up to the rest of time.

Got for Father's Day 2020. Not only is the grill amazing with awesome accessories available. The customer service on an issue I had was easy and fast.

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. The freight process is a bit more complicated than what we've all come to expect for small parcels, so it's important that you're prepared and understand what's required of you well before delivery day.

- Some carriers will call to schedule a delivery window, while others will deliver the shipment to a reasonably accessible location closest to your residence (their goal is to deliver as near a garage door as they can).

For carriers that schedule delivery appointments:
Carriers that schedule delivery appointments require you to be home for delivery and provide your signature. The delivery is made with a semi-truck with lift gate services, and the shipment is dropped off at the curb. If you authorize the shipping company to leave the delivery without a signature, BBQGuys can't be held responsible for damages that occur during delivery. For carriers that deliver without an appointment:
Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
