I love my 560, everything that I have smoked comes out amazing. Before this smoker I was a newbie to smoking and this unit made it extremely fun and easy that my family and friends think that I am a pro. Thank you for my new hobby!!

Had the masterbuilt 560 for over a month and I can't stop grilling.. so easy and simple and the taste is unmatched..

Our family enjoys this gravity smoker/grill. The food we prepare on it tastes amazing! It functions well. The drawbacks as we see it, it needs to be constructed out of some better, stronger material It needs better grating at the bottom of the charcoal shoot so that it doesn't burn fuel so fast. The temperature probes could be more accurate and we wish they weren't proprietary so that we could use a more reliable probe. The lid of the charcoal shoot started blistering and peeling after just a couple of cooks. There's a reason that folks are selling mods for this. It's to give it a better life span. I would buy the same thing again in a bigger model if all or most of these changes are implemented.

I purchased the GS 560 as my family has always preferred charcoal flavour. I like how I can still use the charcoal but add wood chunks for a milder wood smoke as opposed to a pellet grill. The versatility in the temperature is awesome. Slow and low or crank up to 700 in minutes for a quick sear. And being able to do it all through the app is awesome too! I had one small issue with it but the customer service team knocked it out of the park with a speedy replacement part. Highly recommend a GS 560?? Why yes I do!

I have owned this grill for 8 months. It has been through Summer, fall and a Canadian prairie winter (temps of up to -40C/F. The grill has performed fantastic. Keeps temps steady even at extreme temps high and low. (ambient and oven). All this while using way less charcoal Than expected. Smokes great. Grills great. Sears great. What more could you want. Even cleans easily. The only thing that kept this From being a 5 star review is a problem I have started to have recently with my "DOOR OPEN" sensor not working about 1/2 hour into each cook. I have yet to reach out to Masterbuilt about this. Grill still works just fine and I monitor temps with the very good app. I definitely recommend this grill to anyone.

I've used this smoker about 10 times now on shorter grilling sessions as well as slightly longer smokes. It has performed great with both situations. Tomorrow ill be doing a 13 hour smoke and I have no doubt this beast of a machine is completely capable of providing exceptional results.

I bought mine back in July of 2020 when they were finally available. Since then, this as become my every smoker. I still own two others, but they rarely get used. Charcoal flavor with a controller without breaking the bank. I'd give it 5 stars, but I've had some issues with the quirky switches. I love it otherwise.

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. The freight process is a bit more complicated than what we've all come to expect for small parcels, so it's important that you're prepared and understand what's required of you well before delivery day.

- Some carriers will call to schedule a delivery window, while others will deliver the shipment to a reasonably accessible location closest to your residence (their goal is to deliver as near a garage door as they can).

Carriers that schedule delivery appointments require you to be home for delivery and provide your signature. The delivery is made with a semi-truck with lift gate services, and the shipment is dropped off at the curb. If you authorize the shipping company to leave the delivery without a signature, BBQGuys can't be held responsible for damages that occur during delivery. For carriers that deliver without an appointment:
Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
