I'm new to BBQing so I wanted a smoker that was easy to use and manage. I'm not looking to be a pit master. I just want to cook delicious food for my family and friends. I've had my smoker for a few months now. Every meal I've made on my 1050 Digital Charcoal Grill turned out better than I expected. So super simple to use and the results speak for themselves. My family loves the chicken breast I've been making and my ribs are amazing. The meat slides right off the bone. I've had such a great experience with my smoker that I have a co-worker buy one for themselves just based off of the pictures I showed him of my ribs and chicken. My next adventure with my smoker will be pork butt then, a brisket.

Not a fan of pellet smokers and have been waiting for a product like this to smoke using charcoal. Not only do I love it for it's ability to smoke, but you can also sear steaks.

One year of ownership and I love the Gravity 560. It is great at being easier than a charcoal grill and taste better than a pellet grill. I do wish the firebox wouldn't dissinigrate and at this point trust that Masterbuilt will replace it under warranty. I've heard they improved the design.

Bought it in August 2020 and it worked fine for 5 months then the fan would quit intermittently and then quit altogether. Your very responsive warranty dept. sent me a new controller. Still didn't work. Then they sent me a new switch and the fan worked for the first hour of cook and quit. Next, they sent me a new fan and it was installed and it seems to work as I tried it w/o cooking. Haven't tried it yet w/ a cook. In conclusion, the smoker concept is great and your warranty dept. is second to none. If the new fan doesn't work I'll request another switch as it can't be anything else causing the problem. Smoker 4 stars and warranty dept. 5 stars.

Really like this grill/smoker combo and the innovative gravity fed charcoal aspect with digital temperature control. Everything I cook on it comes out great. The only issues I have are that the phone app could use some work to improve overall performance and connectivity to the phone itself and also not so sure about the long term quality of the unit. Some parts seem cheaply made. Hopefully it holds up. Overall a great product and glad I purchased it.

The closed loop temperature control and autofeed of briquettes and lump is stellar. I have smoked everything as wrll as made eggplant parm and baked cookies.

I love the 1050 but get frustrated with it. The switch that senses when the charcoal bin is closed or open doesn't always work and the fan doesn't kick on. When it does work, it's fantastic!

This is bar none the most versatile grill/smoker I've ever used. In the two weeks that I've had it I have smoked, grilled, and seared all different cuts of meat. It is so simple to use that my family thinks that I'm a gourmet cook.

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. The freight process is a bit more complicated than what we've all come to expect for small parcels, so it's important that you're prepared and understand what's required of you well before delivery day.

- Some carriers will call to schedule a delivery window, while others will deliver the shipment to a reasonably accessible location closest to your residence (their goal is to deliver as near a garage door as they can).

Carriers that schedule delivery appointments require you to be home for delivery and provide your signature. The delivery is made with a semi-truck with lift gate services, and the shipment is dropped off at the curb. If you authorize the shipping company to leave the delivery without a signature, BBQGuys can't be held responsible for damages that occur during delivery. For carriers that deliver without an appointment:
Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
