When using Masterbuilt 560 over totally fell in love with it only regret is not buying a bigger one love the fact that I can regulate my smoke by simply adding more or less wood. Compared to a pellet grills where you get what you get. Love the gravity design no auger or Hopper to bridge up. Very simple control panel. Just an all-around good unit to my opinion

I purchased this smoker in November just prior to Thanksgiving and smoked a turkey for the holiday. The taste was amazing (used some cherry chunks mixed with lump). The grill holds it temp fairly well and does not require a lot of babysitting. The door sensors however, can be a bit finicky interrupting the fan from running. I have heard they have been upgraded since I purchased my model. The unit does run through fuel faster than I am used to with other cookers but not so fast that I won't use it. Build quality and longevity is yet to be decided as I haven't had it very long.

Bought in November'20 and worked great first two times I used it and then it would not come on every time! Finally got the controller replaced and it is working great now! I have had a lot of good comments on the food that has been cooked on this grill!!

I bought this grill during the height of the pandemic...and its been heavily used. I now cook just about everything in it from Pizza to Chicken to Pork to Steak and Seafood. To be honest its best as a smoker and getting it up to steak grilling temps is interesting...the only real complaint I have is the metal used is very thin...mine arrived with some dents from shipping...I didn't complain cause it took me 2 months to get it as it was sold out everywhere. I've found some Gravity series mods on Amazon...the best so far is the heavy duty stainless steel inserts that will prolong the firebox...mine is starting to look like its about ready to burn through the sides of the firebox...so the aftermarket insert is a great plus wish I had gotten it as soon as I got the grill...there is another mod that puts a stainless drip shield over the part at the bottom of the grill where the smoke and heat enter the cooking area...that's helped a lot too. For what this cost I'm thinking it should have come with these kind of mods already installed...especially in the charcoal hopper/firebox. But honestly that being said...I really love this grill and the hopper using charcoal and wood chips is the best Idea i've seen so far...

The concept is awesome, but they have some kinks to work out. MB has already made some nice changes to their newer models, and have been great about warranties on parts that have failed. I had to make a couple modifications for my smoker to run the way it does now, but you can't beat the food you can create on this thing.

I've had my smoker about 3 months now. Love everything about it. It's easy to load the charcoal, the electronic temperature control keeps. The temp right. I can set the temp and walk away.

My wonderful wife bought me the 1050 for my 40th bday. I have to say this is by far the best charcoal grill/smoker on the entire market! The build quality is outstanding and the Customer Service team is amazing! It's a double whammy!!!!

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. The freight process is a bit more complicated than what we've all come to expect for small parcels, so it's important that you're prepared and understand what's required of you well before delivery day.

Carriers that schedule delivery appointments require you to be home for delivery and provide your signature. The delivery is made with a semi-truck with lift gate services, and the shipment is dropped off at the curb. If you authorize the shipping company to leave the delivery without a signature, BBQGuys can't be held responsible for damages that occur during delivery. For carriers that deliver without an appointment:
Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
