This cooker has great features - the combo of bluetooth,wifi, and the gravity fed design makes it to where you can do long overnight cooks with minimal interaction. This build quality leaves a little to be desired as materials feel a little cheap and some components break down easily. However, I've had mine for almost a year and have had no issues so far. Furthermore this thing makes great food. No matter what you smoke or grill on this, it'll almost always turn out delicious. The pros greatly outweigh the cons and I would highly recommend it!

Bought smoker last year. Does a great job smoking meat. Could not get the phone app to sync with the smoker. Also, when it was delivered to our house it was missing the temperature probe. Spoke to the store manager and they did not rectify this.

I bought this about this just under a year ago. I has been great. Almost fool proof. I have grilled and smoked some amazing meals in this grill. I look forward to many more this year.

I bought this a couple weeks ago and got only one cook in before the hopper switch went out and stopped the fan from working. When I made a warranty claim, the switch is on back order and now I'm stuck with a non functions grill for an unknown amount of time. I am hoping this was a fluke and the rest will be smooth. The first cool was great.

I've ran stick burner smokers for over 20 years. While I love the challenge and the great flavor they produce, I just don't have the spare time I used to have. I studied on pellet smokers for a year or so, and then had some food off one. It was good, but it didn't impart enough smoke flavor for my tastes. Then I spotted the Masterbuilt 560 GS. I finally took the plunge. At last, pellet convenience with real wood smoke taste! I've already cooked on it more since buying it in January than I did all last year on my offset. I'm loving so far. The only reason I didn't give it five stars is because the app is flakey at times, but far from a deal breaker. This this rocks.....

Had a first addition 560 and quickly upgraded to the 800. Build quality is great, functionality is perfect for my family of 4. Had a few issues with the initial build, but after filling out the warranty info, got the needed parts and was up and running. Highly recommend for sure.

I am happy with the performance of the grill itself, but the WIFI is awful. It connected and worked for 2 months. Then it dropped the WIFI and I have not been able to get it to reconnect since. Tried all the so called solutions (deleting and reinstalling the app, changing WIFI networks, etc.) nothing works.

I bought it about 7 months ago and i have changed 2 of the sensors. The Bluetooth rarely works even if im staying next to the grill.

I have been missing the charcoal flavor when I transitioned to a Pellet smoker. Now that I have this, I get the best of both worlds!!

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. The freight process is a bit more complicated than what we've all come to expect for small parcels, so it's important that you're prepared and understand what's required of you well before delivery day.

- Some carriers will call to schedule a delivery window, while others will deliver the shipment to a reasonably accessible location closest to your residence (their goal is to deliver as near a garage door as they can).

Carriers that schedule delivery appointments require you to be home for delivery and provide your signature. The delivery is made with a semi-truck with lift gate services, and the shipment is dropped off at the curb. If you authorize the shipping company to leave the delivery without a signature, BBQGuys can't be held responsible for damages that occur during delivery. For carriers that deliver without an appointment:
Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
