Probably my best purchase ever. Works perfectly. All the conveniences of a pellet grill but with charcoal which means the flavour that the smoke imparts is second to none. My only complaint is that the adapter could be better. It feels very flimsy and something that's more suitable for a mobile or an iPad and doesn't suit the rugged grill.

I love this grill! I've used electric, pellet, and charcoal smokers for years, but the lump charcoal hopper, ash collection, and thermostatically controlled fan are amazing! The flavors this unit is able to produce are wonderful!

Took a little getting used to and sure some components could be improved but Masterbuilt costumer service and design teams have been amazing to work with. From the BBQ side of things this thing is killer and I've used all types of BBQs from traditional stick burner off sets, pellets, and electric and this thing crushes. I've done everything from low and slow 18 hour cooks to hot 700° wood fired pizzas. Crazy how versatile this thing is. Would 100% buy again.

I've had my Masterbuilt 1050 for several months, and experimented with it a lot. Only real problem was learning how to light it efficiently. If charcoal is left in it, it's important to shake it down to the bottom and leave no air pockets. Other than that, the reverse seared steaks are perfect. Slow smoked ribs and other meats are great. Easy to use and regulate. I love it!

I bought this a few months back. I was getting tired of only using either my pellet or ceramic grill. The 560 has the same excellent results as the ceramic grill, but with no learning curve and a great built-in connection to my phone app to monitor my cook. My family likes it too because I have rekindled my passion for good home-smoked BBQ.

Fantastic smoker for all meats as well as other meal options (veggies, queso, chili, etc.)! The 1050 provides enough space to have multiple items smoking during the same cook. This model does an excellent job of holding it's heat, especially during long, low-n-slow cooks! Highly recommended!!

My daughter bought the 560 digital grill for me on fathers day in 2020. Love the versatility, the gravity feed. is awesome, choice of charcoal, lump coal, hard wood chunks.

I like the smoker but enhancements for effective use are required. Would like these to be product design revisions for a series B release. Those include a refined charcoal grate for less waste and more burn, vent on back to prevent rain water entering smoker and smoke control, better probes, temperature gauge with temperature numbers, to name a few.

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. The freight process is a bit more complicated than what we've all come to expect for small parcels, so it's important that you're prepared and understand what's required of you well before delivery day.
- Most freight products ship on a pallet
- Some carriers will call to schedule a delivery window, while others will deliver the shipment to a reasonably accessible location closest to your residence (their goal is to deliver as near a garage door as they can).

For carriers that schedule delivery appointments:
Carriers that schedule delivery appointments require you to be home for delivery and provide your signature. The delivery is made with a semi-truck with lift gate services, and the shipment is dropped off at the curb. If you authorize the shipping company to leave the delivery without a signature, BBQGuys can't be held responsible for damages that occur during delivery. As complicated as this process may seem, we've only scratched the surface here — please review our detailed guide to freight delivery so there are no surprises when a freight shipment heads your way.
For carriers that deliver without an appointment:
Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
