Got my 560 a couple months ago and grill or smoke on it every week. Nice even cooking with great flavor!
Bought this last year. I love this smoker! U can cook meat smoke meat really has upped my game! Only use Texas B&b . Take your time with assembly and follow instructions and keep the grill clean before your next grilling to decrease risk of flare ups
Makes cooking so easy. Holds temperature perfectly
Couple seasons now with the 560. Love it. I use wood, charcoal briquettes, lump, they all work. I've done 15 hour overnight pork shoulder, brisket, 3-2-1 baby backs, hamburgers for dinner 90 min before time to eat, Italian sausage is amazing smoked as are chicken wings (you'll never want them any other way). And, I bought a 3/4" pizza stone for true Neapolitan style pizza. In the warmer months, pizzas cook in about 4 minutes with great char and smoke. App works ok, but the thermostat that holds the heat works great. 2 or 3 of my friends have purchased since seeing or me telling then about mine. I didn't want a pellet cause you dont get the same smoke, but I don't always have time to babysit wood and charcoal. A friend told me about these Masterbuilt gravity models. I checked it out, it's my favorite grill/smoker ever by far.
True all in one cooker. From jerky to steaks and everything in between. Used it multiple times a week for a year and still going strong. My previous grill and smoker have been collecting dust since I got it.
I bought this last summer when I was looking for smoker that would give me digital control. I like the convenience of the gravity charcoal hopper that gives that great smokey flavor.
I got my grill two months ago. Always having issues: 1. Meat temp probe is off by 20F. I contacted customer service after filling out their long form. After 2 weeks they sent me a wrong part. Now, I have to fill out the long form again as there is no other way to contact them. 2. Noice started coming from the fan. It's not normal noice for sure. It's loud and feels like it's about to due any min. I would love to upload video but this form only allows to upload photo :(. Not worth the money.

I bought this grill close to a year ago now and I've been nothing short of ecstatic about my purchase. I was debating between gravity fed vs pellet grill as I've had just about everything under the sun so I was looking for something different. My main reason for going with the untested, new and un-heard of, and potential bad choice was the innovation. I don't mind being a beta tester for new products if a company is willing to accept my critiques and make updates for the next generation. I pulled the trigger and as you can see from my attached pics, created some amazing grilled and smoked food. The ease of use and wifi features are so crucial when all you really want is the end result of great food. I always tell people, I love this grill so much if it blew up right now due to some malfunction I would buy two more.

I bought this product several months ago and I absolutely love it! I have recommended the product to my family members and friends. My brother is set on getting one and several of my friends are also going to order.
I purchased this about a month ago because I wanted something easy to use. So far it's great. I've done a few cooks, all in cold and windy weather and the temp held excellent for several hours. Adding charcoal is easy. I would Of given 5 stars, but so far I have used more charcoal than anticipated. I believe it is due to the weather I've been cooking in, so I'm not worried. Overall it's an excellent product, easy to use.

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. The freight process is a bit more complicated than what we've all come to expect for small parcels, so it's important that you're prepared and understand what's required of you well before delivery day.
- Most freight products ship on a pallet
- Some carriers will call to schedule a delivery window, while others will deliver the shipment to a reasonably accessible location closest to your residence (their goal is to deliver as near a garage door as they can).
- We'll specify which process you can expect in your shipping confirmation email.
For carriers that schedule delivery appointments:
Carriers that schedule delivery appointments require you to be home for delivery and provide your signature. The delivery is made with a semi-truck with lift gate services, and the shipment is dropped off at the curb. If you authorize the shipping company to leave the delivery without a signature, BBQGuys can't be held responsible for damages that occur during delivery. As complicated as this process may seem, we've only scratched the surface here — please review our detailed guide to freight delivery so there are no surprises when a freight shipment heads your way.
For carriers that deliver without an appointment:
Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
