Have had this for almost a year now. Quality of food is so much better than my old gasser. Low and slow or hot and fast it can do it all. My biggest gripes: 1) App - Wifi connection is way buggy. Granted it has gotten much better with updates, but still often have to reboot to connect via wifi. App was terrible when it first came out, decent now but still needs work for more features. 2) Manifold probably won't last more than another year due to rust. Should last at least 5 imho..use better materials. 3) Bit of a charcoal hog, although new design grate will help, I have original. All in all very happy with the grill.

Bought this grill to replace a propane standup grill. Wonderful choice to purchase this grill to add the flavor of wood and charcoal to my food. I do love the option to control the temperature with app for my.cell. would definitely buy again

I have 4 cooks under my belt with my 560 and overall have been extremely happy, very consistent temps and no babysitting involved. Only complaint I have is that I'm having trouble controlling time and temp with my phone through wifi, after speaking with customer service I have a few things to try to get the problem resolved. Wifi is a nice option but personally not a deal breaker.

I love this grill it is absolutely the best . Temperature for any type of meat for bbq to smoking and grilling just set the temperature setting and the 1050 does the rest. Bbq briquettes are sold in almost all convenience stores and no pellets to look for .

Been grilling constantly since receieved and aquiring a Pit Boss reputation very rapidly-Temperature controlled within 5 degrees and I used combination of coal and short split oak/ pecan and assorted mesqite, hickory chips and chunks...briskets, pork shoulder, turkeys, chicken,smoked Salmon, Ribs, and even the burgers come off amazing!...did I mention slow cooked steak with a sear finish even with the thickeckest steak is absolutely perfectly cooked rt on target w/o burning. *My outdoor kitchen built-in grill has been gathering dust since this MB560 addition...

I love this smoker but it gets 3 star because it has some control issue. There were many times it would shutdown/powered off for no reason. I wish they fix this issue, this will become a great smoker. I replaced one with the issue and the second one also had the same problem but Masterbuilt gave me a new controller which for one test did not shut down on me. I will test it further. Overall happy with the smoker

We had purchased the Masterbuilt 560 October 2020. We have used this unit for almost everything - even baked some cookies. Works very well in almost all weather, living in central Wisconsin we have endured some extreme conditions. The coldest I have used it was -9 Fahrenheit. Had to have some heat on the control but it worked pretty good. Pork butt turned out awesome. This is not our only cooker but it gets used couple times a week. My only complaint would be that the grill is pretty light duty. I guess I do have one more complaint - the control will lock on the timer and won't scroll. Need to power off and on to get it work. Overall all pretty good unit.

Been using the 1050 for almost a year and it's never let me down. Easy and quick start up with great charcoal grill flavor. Had people tell me they are going to sell their Traeger to buy one after trying burgers and pulled pork.

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. The freight process is a bit more complicated than what we've all come to expect for small parcels, so it's important that you're prepared and understand what's required of you well before delivery day.

Carriers that schedule delivery appointments require you to be home for delivery and provide your signature. The delivery is made with a semi-truck with lift gate services, and the shipment is dropped off at the curb. If you authorize the shipping company to leave the delivery without a signature, BBQGuys can't be held responsible for damages that occur during delivery. For carriers that deliver without an appointment:
Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
