I've had MB 560 for month now and I am pretty happy with its performance. One can go from low and slow to hot and quick. For me achieving that crispy skin on bbq chicken was a challenge until now. Crank the heat up at the end of cook for crispy skin.

Poorly built, work great for a couple months, then they go to crap. Pin Swithes fail, computer shuts off, and parts start falling off of it. Spend more money on a more quality built smoker/grill. These are junk after a few month. I gave 2 stars, only because when it worked, it was fantastic.

I received this for Christmas, but upon assembly found that the holes to attach hopper were not threaded. I emailed the company and a few weeks later received a new hopper with no explanation, just a form email that it was coming. They did not include a new gasket however, and the original one was glued to the old hopper. I scraped it off as best I could and it seems to be working (no smoke leaks). I finally got it assembled and started up. I love that I can smoke with it as well as sear steaks. The controls function fine; however the app or radio on the controller has some issues. I can connect with Bluetooth, but it will not connect to my wireless network. I have several 2.4 Ghz devices, but cannot get this to connect at all to my network. In 2021, building a controller with only a 2.4 Ghz radio is a very cheap way to go. No excuse for this when the grill is priced as it is. Also if you walk away and come back the Bluetooth will not pick back up unless I close the app and reopen it. Very poor experience that diminishes a very nice grill.

Have had the gravity series 560 for a couple weeks and it has been easy to use and surprisingly versatile. Gets up to temperature even faster than advertised similar to a gas grill. Can either grill at high temp or start out low and get very smoky flavor. Very impressed so far!

I've had this smoker for a year now and I am completely sold on it, it is by far the best one I have ever owned, forget the pellets and all the rest this is the BEST! I have spent a lot of time making improvements to this grill because I like it so much, I have added shelves, side basket , tighter sealing lid, drip cover for the manifold, a rotisserie, and many more

I've had the Masterbuilt 560 for about a year now and it been awesome. I had never had a charcoal grill or smoker before and this fulfill both of my needs. Easy to use and control during my first attempts at everything- brisket, pork, fish, etc.. I have had mixed results, but none due to the 560. Great product for a beginner like me to start my bbq journey on.

I bought this a few months ago and have enjoyed it almost daily. It gives the food so much more flavor than a pellet grill. It's a must for everyone who loves grilling.

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. The freight process is a bit more complicated than what we've all come to expect for small parcels, so it's important that you're prepared and understand what's required of you well before delivery day.
- Most freight products ship on a pallet
- Some carriers will call to schedule a delivery window, while others will deliver the shipment to a reasonably accessible location closest to your residence (their goal is to deliver as near a garage door as they can).

For carriers that schedule delivery appointments:
Carriers that schedule delivery appointments require you to be home for delivery and provide your signature. The delivery is made with a semi-truck with lift gate services, and the shipment is dropped off at the curb. If you authorize the shipping company to leave the delivery without a signature, BBQGuys can't be held responsible for damages that occur during delivery. As complicated as this process may seem, we've only scratched the surface here — please review our detailed guide to freight delivery so there are no surprises when a freight shipment heads your way.
For carriers that deliver without an appointment:
Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
