I've had my Masterbuilt 1050 for 8 months now. Options are great, I'm able to smoke a brisket for 12 hrs at 225 degrees and then crank it up and cook a pizza at 650 degrees in 12 minutes. The oven rarely gets used anymore. Highly recommend this smoker to everyone.

Got this grill as a birthday gift for my husband who has been wanting to learn how to smoke a brisket. His first attempt at smoking something overnight failed because his alarms didn't go off but that was due to an internet outage that happened while we were sleeping. No doubt this grill is pricy but he loves. One thing to note is that setup did take a long time.

Bought the October '20. I've used it multiple times each week. Good for long or short cooks. As my first charcoal grill/smoker, it has totally sold me. Very pleased with the features and build quality. Best thing I've bought in a while.

In researching for a new smoker, I I compared features of the Gravity Series 1050 to other upper end brand name grill smokers. The Gravity Series 1050 was my choice, hands down! The quality of construction, well thought out design and cooking space, wifi bluetooth capability, and impressive appearance led to my decision to purchase. I have enjoyed outstanding BBQ results! Highly recommend the Gravity Series to anyone serious of about grilling and smoking!!

I purchased the 800 and it's kind of like a unicorn. The griddle makes this a game changer. I've smoked wings and thighs and about to attempt hibachi style steaks and fried rice on the griddle. I wished they made a storage compartment for the griddle pice or an outdoor bag to store under the grill. Would of liked a cabinet door to not expose the fire box and griddle to the elements. Hard to find grill cover but some searching finally found one. Overall for the the construction, it's pretty well built. Took awhile to put it together. Would give it 5 stars if storage was better thought out. Product registration was questionable, when you try to register you will know what I mean. PROS: heavy duty built, quick heat up, temperature control. CONS: lack of accessories, lack storage for fire box and griddle especially considering the price, app needs to be updated with more content. Masterbuilt if you're reading.... I can be your person for content!!!!! Couldn't flip any photos from my iPhone 12 max pro either

I've had my grill for a little over a year now and no major complaints! I use it roughly 2 or 3 times a month and it always does a fantastic job! The only negative I have about the grill is the temp guage is always off 20 degrees or so but that really doesn't affect anything since I am aware of it.

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. The freight process is a bit more complicated than what we've all come to expect for small parcels, so it's important that you're prepared and understand what's required of you well before delivery day.

- Some carriers will call to schedule a delivery window, while others will deliver the shipment to a reasonably accessible location closest to your residence (their goal is to deliver as near a garage door as they can).

For carriers that schedule delivery appointments:
Carriers that schedule delivery appointments require you to be home for delivery and provide your signature. The delivery is made with a semi-truck with lift gate services, and the shipment is dropped off at the curb. If you authorize the shipping company to leave the delivery without a signature, BBQGuys can't be held responsible for damages that occur during delivery. As complicated as this process may seem, we've only scratched the surface here — please review our detailed guide to freight delivery so there are no surprises when a freight shipment heads your way.
For carriers that deliver without an appointment:
Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
