I have had this thing for over a year and I'll actual holiday I'm probably one of the first people in the midwest that had the 10:50 all you can find around here was the 560 it has been an amazing grill love the flavor of charcoal and what........ In fact nobody was willing to give it a shot..... I bought mine a year later five coworkers about one!

While I have grilled my whole adult life the purchase of the MB560 was the first time I have used a smoker. I will say that there are many steps to building the smoker. My smoker arrived with busted thermometer but Masterbuilt support was fast to replace it. Now for the ease of using the MB560. The first thing I smoked was two whole.chickens. the MB560 made it so easy. From the lighting of the smoker to the monitoring it on the phone app everything ran smoothly. My first smoked meal came out perfectly and I owe it all to Masterbuilt and the 560! I highly suggest the MB560 for anyone who is just starting out with smoking foods.

I purchase grill in January with me being a morning person I got in feb Wisconsin coldest week of the year -11 keep in mind my grill open the west wind I could not believe the key board fire up I did a 14 hour pork but and the grill did not miss a beat and it held with in 2 degrees now that a win win win!!! that's just asking a lot for any electronic to come on in that type of weather better yet hold the temp awesome job master built ......

Bought this thing in February and have used it tons since I got it. Love how easy it is to use. Smoking stuff in this thing is simple and easy. Great grill!

I bought the 1050 last saturday. Assembly was quick and easy with the exception of a few issues. Used twice now and love it Best BBQ since I got rid of my stick burner. I've already got 2 friends that are buying a 1050 also

All that you need in one machine with the real awesome taste of perfect twin blue smoke . Automatic with many possibility of utilisation mix of charcoal and Wood, realy à lot of versability thing that you can try and do. Sear, and smoke realy easy stable fast and acuracy The better automatic smoker/grill that you can buy on the marketing. With maintenance the quality il realy good

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. The freight process is a bit more complicated than what we've all come to expect for small parcels, so it's important that you're prepared and understand what's required of you well before delivery day.

- Some carriers will call to schedule a delivery window, while others will deliver the shipment to a reasonably accessible location closest to your residence (their goal is to deliver as near a garage door as they can).

For carriers that schedule delivery appointments:
Carriers that schedule delivery appointments require you to be home for delivery and provide your signature. The delivery is made with a semi-truck with lift gate services, and the shipment is dropped off at the curb. If you authorize the shipping company to leave the delivery without a signature, BBQGuys can't be held responsible for damages that occur during delivery. As complicated as this process may seem, we've only scratched the surface here — please review our detailed guide to freight delivery so there are no surprises when a freight shipment heads your way.
For carriers that deliver without an appointment:
Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
