I bought it a few weeks ago and have cooked on it a lot did chicken thighs and my wife said they were the juiciest she has ever had. using the probe makes it so easy to get tthem down to perfection

I love the features of this grill. The walkaway and set the temperature feature is amazing. My critics are: Burns a lot of charcoal Electronics are glitchy (problems with connectivity, open messages with everything closed) A lot of ash gets into cooking chamber

We just got our set up and did a couple cooks over the past two weekends. New to grilling but the 560 has made it brain-dead simple to produce perfect burgers and grilled veggies. My only gripes are: 1) the instructions for attaching the handle are so, so wrong. They included a separate sheet of paper that explains it, but I wasted an hour wondering if mine was miscut at the factory, and 2) the stick-in thermometer is a PIA to use because it turns on for like 2 seconds, so I bought a Thermoworks Signal instead.

I got this and was very happy the first few months though I sometimes had some trouble getting it going, though that is likely more on me than the grill. Problem is I have not even owned it a year and I was forced to purchase a new computer, plug, and thermometer as they all died. The grill was always covered. It was a bit of a bummer. Hopefully when I get it fixed it will last a bit longer.

I've been cooking on charcoal for over 20 years, and since i bought my 560 a month ago I am nothing but pleased! Everything that gets cooked on this grill has been better than what I previously have done. Made my best brisket to date, and first rack of ribs I made my wife said now this is how I like ribs! Burgers, steaks and even made homemade French fries that were awesome! Great job Masterbuilt on such a totally versatile product !

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. The freight process is a bit more complicated than what we've all come to expect for small parcels, so it's important that you're prepared and understand what's required of you well before delivery day.
- Most freight products ship on a pallet
- Some carriers will call to schedule a delivery window, while others will deliver the shipment to a reasonably accessible location closest to your residence (their goal is to deliver as near a garage door as they can).
- We'll specify which process you can expect in your shipping confirmation email.
For carriers that schedule delivery appointments:
Carriers that schedule delivery appointments require you to be home for delivery and provide your signature. The delivery is made with a semi-truck with lift gate services, and the shipment is dropped off at the curb. If you authorize the shipping company to leave the delivery without a signature, BBQGuys can't be held responsible for damages that occur during delivery. As complicated as this process may seem, we've only scratched the surface here — please review our detailed guide to freight delivery so there are no surprises when a freight shipment heads your way.
For carriers that deliver without an appointment:
Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
