I cook low and slow for cooking with reverse searing as my technique. I have cooked meat, ribs, chicken, lamb and turkey. Everything is absolutely delicious. Two friends have already bought a MB Gravity after eating in my house.

I bought this a year ago and I'm proud to own it. I have used it for everything including steaks, burgers, briskets, turkeys, and pork butts. Every time I use it I get a lot of compliments of the flavor in the food. There are a few downsides such as flare ups but as long as I'm meticulous about cleaning it, I don't have any issues. I do recommend this to everyone but I am the main cook for events. Thank you Masterbuilt for this great product.

I bought the 560 back in September and use it weekly. I love the food that it produces. The taste is better than any other grill I've owned. I can smoke and grill. I don't work for Masterbuilt, but I am always selling this to people I meet. Masterbuilt should hire me as a rep.

I researched for a couple years looking at buying a new grill/smoker. I had the electric smoker but was limited by the size of meats I could get in the smoker. I was close to pulling the trigger on a pellet grill when I saw an advertisement for the gravity series 560 and completely changed my analysis. I was ready to pull the tigger again and then the 1050 came out, I've never been so happy to wait for a product and that product has delivered. I've always missed the charcoal flavor since I changed to gas grills 10-15 years ago and this grill was my light bulb moment. I've been cooking for a year on the 1050, done everything on it from chicken to pizzas, everything has been great. Highly recommended!

I have been using the grill nearly a year now. I really like the electric control and the internet connectivity. I cook nearly every day on this grill, even through the snowy winter. I have found it to be reliable and responsive to all my cooking needs.

I've had this for over a year and love it. It's so easy to use and turns out amazing food. Had an issue with the fan and door switch but Masterbuilt custom service sent me replacements the next day.

I bought this product and overall I am satisfied with it. You must clean often otherwise it will catch fire. My biggest regret were not getting the bigger grill. I also wish I could have gotten it already put together.

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. The freight process is a bit more complicated than what we've all come to expect for small parcels, so it's important that you're prepared and understand what's required of you well before delivery day.
- Most freight products ship on a pallet
- Some carriers will call to schedule a delivery window, while others will deliver the shipment to a reasonably accessible location closest to your residence (their goal is to deliver as near a garage door as they can).
- We'll specify which process you can expect in your shipping confirmation email.
For carriers that schedule delivery appointments:
Carriers that schedule delivery appointments require you to be home for delivery and provide your signature. The delivery is made with a semi-truck with lift gate services, and the shipment is dropped off at the curb. If you authorize the shipping company to leave the delivery without a signature, BBQGuys can't be held responsible for damages that occur during delivery. As complicated as this process may seem, we've only scratched the surface here — please review our detailed guide to freight delivery so there are no surprises when a freight shipment heads your way.
For carriers that deliver without an appointment:
Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
