I bought it and its been different. No flares up at all! Took so.e getting used but overall its been great. Considering getting rid if my pellet smoker now that I have this.

I did research on this grill for about 4 months before my wife surprised me with this for birthday last May. This grill is amazing. It heats up fast. Smoking brisket and my favorite, Jerk Chicken has never been so easy. I love this grill. My only knock is the clean up. It can be messy. But it's well worth the mess! Great product!

I've used several different brand of pellet grills and was never happy with the smoke flavor and time it took to heat up. I tried the gravity series and I am blown away, this thing is awesome! I like that it has one moving part (the fan), so there's less stuff that can break and need fixing. I also like that I can load it up with actual wood chunks and get an amazing smoke flavor.

I have done my first smoked brisket on the Gravity Series 1050 and I am very pleased with the results. Unlike regular wood smokers, I did not have to constantly monitor fire. The 1050 did that for me. The brisket came out with great bark and a true smoke ring.

I bought this grill a couple weeks ago and can't wait to see what its full potential is Once the seasoning of the grates is done burgers and ribs so far but the sky is the limit Plenty of room and all that greats charcoal flavors

I bought this grill because I really don't like pellet and have always been a charcoal man and let me tell you what I've smoked everything from burgers to brisket on this thing and it works awesome

I've had this grill for a month now, and out of all the grills and smokers I've had over 50 some odd years, this is by far the best. From the ease of use to the flavors it gives my cooks, the 560 is my favorite. It's easy to light and maintaining accurate temps is a breeze. Great product Masterbuilt!

Being Texas born and raised, I've been around all types of grills and smokers. This is the closest to getting a "set it and forget it" smoker as you can get. Loading the hopper with fuel and getting it lit is simple and once it gets going, it stays at the temperature you set. I've had great success grilling chicken, burgers and vegetables and smoked a big 11lb pork shoulder to perfection. I couldn't give this a 5 star rating because there are some shortcomings. My particular unit has an issue when opening the main lid and after closing it, the panel will continue to say that it's "OPEN". Additionally, I've never been able to connect via WiFi to monitor the smoker. The bluetooth connection works fine and I'm usually pretty close to grill where the app continues to work. These issues don't affect the use of the grill, but are still problems nonetheless. (Side note: the unit I have is my 2nd Masterbuilt grill. I had to return the first as the fan melted. I'm not sure how it happened, but it rendered the grill in operable.)

I bough the 560 last year and it is exactly what I was looking for. Easy to use and Great Smokey flavor on the food. I sold my pellet grill for this and it was the Best decision

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. The freight process is a bit more complicated than what we've all come to expect for small parcels, so it's important that you're prepared and understand what's required of you well before delivery day.
- Most freight products ship on a pallet
- Some carriers will call to schedule a delivery window, while others will deliver the shipment to a reasonably accessible location closest to your residence (their goal is to deliver as near a garage door as they can).

For carriers that schedule delivery appointments:
Carriers that schedule delivery appointments require you to be home for delivery and provide your signature. The delivery is made with a semi-truck with lift gate services, and the shipment is dropped off at the curb. If you authorize the shipping company to leave the delivery without a signature, BBQGuys can't be held responsible for damages that occur during delivery. As complicated as this process may seem, we've only scratched the surface here — please review our detailed guide to freight delivery so there are no surprises when a freight shipment heads your way.
For carriers that deliver without an appointment:
Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
