I've had my grill for a little over a year. I replaced the thermometer in the cook box with one that shows actual temperature. The difference between it and the digital readout varies sometimes as much as 50 degrees or more. You can still get a good cooking from the smoker but you have to watch the temperature a lot closer than just setting the digital thermostat and letting it cook. Masterbuilt service has helped by sending a new digital control but I still got the same results. All service contact has to be done online which for me was really a pain. I want to talk to someone when I'm having a problem, not go set at a computer for 30 minutes. Again I love the idea of gravity feed and being able to smother out the fire after cooking but other than that its just a charcoal grill not much different than others.

I bought this almost a month ago and have cooked: ribs, asparagus, hot dogs, burgers and chicken on it. Everything has the great charcoal taste and no fear of a flare up. Very well built grill.

I bought the 800 series back in late February and putting it together was fairly lengthy but easy. You definitely need at least two people during certain moments to lift it. After seasoning it I started grilling smoking and griddling and I love it. One of the only things that I have an issue with is the actuator that the lid closes on takes 20 to 30 seconds before it realizes that the lid is closed.

I bought this great smoker/ grill about two months ago. I'm so glad I did and the food tastes great on it. The convenience of having a smoker and grill gives me a variety of outdoor cooking.

I purchased this a month ago and it absolutely performs as advertised. unfortunately it was delivered without a necessary pin in the hood switch, so the digital display always reads open. The smoker still works and is awesome, but I would very much like the display to work correctly.

I purchased the Master Built Gravity Series 800. This grill/smoker/griddle is full proof and puts out tons of flavor. I have turned out some of the best briskets, ribs, wings, pizza, steaks, and smash burgers that I have ever had. The MB GS incorporates a digital display, thermometer, temperature control fan and a phone app. into this easy to use charcoal grill/smoker/griddle. This is a must have grill!

After a year of use. I can say that the smoker produces cosistent results without checking. No adjustement needed during smoking. Only con is the temeperature variation inside in different areas, but that can be managed when the phenomenon is known.

Where do I start... I have had the 560 for over a year now. Coming over from a charcoal fridge smoker and propane bbq I didn't know what to expect. The simplicity and ease of use has turned this grill in to my main cooker for back yard parties and family meals. Would I buy again. Absolutely. Masterbuilt has outdone themselves

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. The freight process is a bit more complicated than what we've all come to expect for small parcels, so it's important that you're prepared and understand what's required of you well before delivery day.
- Most freight products ship on a pallet
- Some carriers will call to schedule a delivery window, while others will deliver the shipment to a reasonably accessible location closest to your residence (their goal is to deliver as near a garage door as they can).

Carriers that schedule delivery appointments require you to be home for delivery and provide your signature. The delivery is made with a semi-truck with lift gate services, and the shipment is dropped off at the curb. If you authorize the shipping company to leave the delivery without a signature, BBQGuys can't be held responsible for damages that occur during delivery. As complicated as this process may seem, we've only scratched the surface here — please review our detailed guide to freight delivery so there are no surprises when a freight shipment heads your way.
For carriers that deliver without an appointment:
Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
