Only had it a few weeks used it twice, and everything is going great, I just need to remember that I need to plug in the power for it to work.

I've always preferred charcoal grilling over gas, but was never any good at regulating the temperature, so I used nothing but gas for a long time. When I saw the 560 model after it released over a year ago, I decided I had to get one. For nearly a year it served me very well, and was a complete game changer. From reverse-searing steaks for a finish that rivals the best steakhouses, to smoking a Boston Butt low and slow, that grill was worth every penny. My daughter always ogled it whenever she was at our house, so I decided to treat both of us and get myself the new 800 model with its griddle, and give the 560 to our daughter. These grills work so well and hold temperatures so precisely it's nearly impossible to screw anything up. I've since cooked whole chickens (both spatchcocked and intact), and I look forward to smoking a salmon filet soon. If I have any concerns at all it's that the build quality doesn't seem like it will hold up well if left outdoors, even with a cover on. For this reason, I keep mine in the garage when I'm not using it, and I expect I'll get many years of good use out of it. If you miss charcoal grilled meats because you had the same difficulty I had, you really need to get one of these.

I bought the 560 about 9 months ago, and although I've had a few minor problems, the pros totally out weigh the cons. Support has been great and the firmware upgrades have resolved the initial problems I had at the beginning. The temperature regulation is awesome and clean-up is as easy as it gets.

Happy with how easy it is to control charcoal. Wifi connection is a bit finicky but I mostly use the the Bluetooth function.

I just bought the 560 a week ago & love it!! Did my 1st pork butt last wknd & gonna do some Tri Tips this Sat. Already told my wife smoking a turkey this Thanksgiving! Can't wait to try out so much more of this fantastic smoker/grill.

6 months of great food but issues with quality. Meat probes stopped working. Wall plug gave out, had to wait 6 weeks for replacement. Not horrible quality but doesn't seem like certain parts(manifold) will last very long.

For an inexperienced person, this griller is the best I ever seen/used. I have cooked NY stakes, burgers and today smoking baby ribs. They are looking good so far!

Being able to grill and smoke on a single cooker is awesome. It is easy to start, and gets to temperature in minutes. Controlling temps using charcoal is a game changer.

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. The freight process is a bit more complicated than what we've all come to expect for small parcels, so it's important that you're prepared and understand what's required of you well before delivery day.

- Some carriers will call to schedule a delivery window, while others will deliver the shipment to a reasonably accessible location closest to your residence (their goal is to deliver as near a garage door as they can).

Carriers that schedule delivery appointments require you to be home for delivery and provide your signature. The delivery is made with a semi-truck with lift gate services, and the shipment is dropped off at the curb. If you authorize the shipping company to leave the delivery without a signature, BBQGuys can't be held responsible for damages that occur during delivery. For carriers that deliver without an appointment:
Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
